Bottom of the villa of a large house located in Deshaies, Ludade, it is above all a place! With a completely autonomous entrance, you will move at your leisure. Right out of the accommodation; a coastline with several beaches (including "la Perle" with local restaurants by the sea). The first beach is a 1 minute walk stopwatch in hand. On the other side, you will have the pleasure of discovering the marvelous beach of "Grand Anse" after a quiet walk in the forest of about 20 minutes.

Bon sejour

Séjour Rifflet

Gite bien placé proche de l'anse de la perle et de la grande anse. Le gîte est suffisant pour 2 mais il faudrait renouveler les ustensiles de cuisine et le linge de maison un peu usé. Sinon, Lucette, la propriétaire est très sympa et serviable. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Some details that might be important

First the positive, it is quiet (except for roosters and other sounds of nature) and close to a beach with potential for beautiful sunsets. The air conditioner in the bedroom and the fans in the kitchen and bedroom worked well. It is kept very clean, although there are tiny ants around the kitchen sink which must be hard to eliminate. Just keep anything open in the refrigerator. The things worth knowing include: The hostess spoke English about as well as I speak French (very little, but can be expected in Guadeloupe), but managed to orient me to the locks, wifi (which only works in the kitchen), gas stovetop, garbage and TV; Entry into parking with 1 person would be very tricky as you have to block a one way street on a steep hill while you open the gate and then pull or back though the opening and down to the parking area. The things that could be improved to make a more valuable property and enjoyable experience: No toilet seat, shampoo, screens or curtains on windows. Only 1 of 3 windows has glass, so have to use external shutters to have privacy and try to keep bugs out. No shower surround, just old mats around the tiny shower area and a long squeegee to push the water from the bathroom floor back towards the shower drain. Functional, but old towels and bedding, mismatched dishes and cracks in the plaster.

Bien situé, la plage de grande anse a 15 mns a pied par le chemin cotier. Et une autre a 5 mns

Annonce non conforme: quand on arrive dans les lieux, le critère premier de choix n' est pas opérationnel donc pas de climatisation. La propriétaire arrive 3h plus tard et ne comprend pas notre mécontentement puisqu'il y a ''2 ventilateurs c'est la même chose'', j'ai été une des première à installer ces appareils'' . Le dialogue de sourd dure puisqu'il est impossible de faire entendre que nous ne voulons pas payer pour un service qui n'existe pas et qu'ellene veut pas réparer. Après réflexion nous prenons contact avec Abritel qui n'aura pas non plus de réponse du propiétaire à ses appels téléphoniques et mails du soir et du lendemain matin . Le lendemain nous allons demander à la propriétaire pourquoi elle ne répond pas à Abritel, elle affirme n'avoir pas été contactée. Suivent une séries d'embrouilles de numéros de téléphone entre les siens et ceux de son fils dont elle refuse d'ailleurs de donner le numéro. Situation volontaire de bloquage donc de nouveau recours à Abtritel qui n'aura pas plus de réponse. Finalement nous obtiendrons une annulation de la location en mettant en évidence une mauvaise foi certaine du loueur. Leur seule défense de ce système limite mensonger par ''oubli'' est de prétendre que nous sommes des personnes agressives simplement parce que nous réclamons notre dû. Leur réponse à Abritel n'est pas crédible, on n'installe pas 2 ventilateurs si on veut vraiment réparer la climatisation. Merci à Abrilel pour ses multiples interventions qui a bien jou

Belle demeure!

Relativement propre, tout ce que vous aurez besoin. Si vous voyagez à pied, prévoire que les autobus sont peu fiables (vaut mieux s'installer près des gares routières à la jonction des lignes d'autobus). Climatisé dans la chambre Noter que le réfrigérateur n'est pas très froid

Je conseille cette location, tout est fonctionnel. C'est bien situé, non loin des plages, on peut y aller à pieds.

Grand logement confortable et moderne. Premier étage d'une villa bien équipée. Véranda avec hamac. À deux pas d'un sentier qui nous amène à la plage Grande-Anse. Bel accueil et discrétion assurée pendant notre séjour. C'est notre coup de cœur de voyage !
