Studio panoramic view - 4pers - ALPENROSE St GERVAIS

This former hotel was transformed into apartments in the 80s, our studio with unique design has taken the place of the restaurant enjoying a panoramic view of the Aravis and Mont Joly. For over 30 years it is our family home, small but well designed we are all in love.

The residence Alpenrose is ideally located 6 minutes walk from the city center with all its shops: bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacies ..

The cable cars to the Bettex are 1.2 km (15 min walk) and the ski bus stop will allow you to access up to 445 km of slopes. In winter, a late afternoon at the thermal baths for a relaxing moment (book in advance!). In summer the place is ideal for hikers and spa guests, the pool awaits you ...

Appartement parfait pour un couple ou une famille. On est comme Ă  la maison, c'est cosy et tout est fonctionnel. La vue est exceptionnelle et donne un vrai plus aux vacances.

Excellent nid, idéal pour 4 personnes

C'est la 2e fois que nous revenions dans ce lieu, et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés. Malgré une météo assez exécrable, nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le cÎté douillet de l'appartement, sa situation idéale, sans parler de sa vue panoramique. Un seul regret : qu'on n'y soit pas resté plus longtemps !

Super lieu de séjour

Excellent emplacement pour ce trÚs agréable appartement à la vue panoramique sur le Mont Joly, le Bettex, et toute la vallée. Le vrai plus de cette location: une magnifique piscine 15x7 pour les retours de randos!!!

Appartement idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique, une déco chaleureuse, bien équipé, piscine et parking couvert, qui nous a comblé durant notre séjour. Chambre en mezzanine un peu étouffante et mal adaptée pour des jeunes enfants ou des personnes agées, mais possibilité de couchages dans le petit salon et sur le canapé. Idéal pour 4 personnes.

Plein d'activités, magasins et restos proches à pieds, d'autres activités et magasins à seulement 20min en voiture ( Sallanches et Chamonix). Il fait trÚs chaud sur la mezzanine en été. Appartement bien équipé, calme et mignon.

IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Saint Gervais, tout prĂšs des commerces, du centre-ville et des navettes, ce petit appartement, agencĂ© avec beaucoup de soin, est idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion, hiver comme Ă©tĂ©. Panorama inoubliable sur les massifs. Balcon et piscine extĂ©rieure pour profiter du soleil. IntĂ©rieur en bois chaleureux. Tout le nĂ©cessaire prĂ©sent. Un seul regret : que notre sĂ©jour n’ait pas durĂ© plus longtemps....
