OVERVIEW:
We have Suites A, B, & C; which were all remodeled and updated with almost EVERYTHING new.
Our website “seasthedays.net Oscoda” has more pictures, aerials, weekend specials, promos, etc.
We have 100’ of seawall space for your boat, canoes, kayaks, or other floating craft along with a 20’ floating dock and FREE to our guests.
Note: Water varying levels this year.
LOCATION;
We are just off US 23 on a private no outlet street including 2 private parking spaces.
Next door is the Wellmans party and bait store celebrating over 50 years of fishing & processing.
Within walking or driving distance is the Oscoda Beach Park which is one of Lake Huron’s most pristine beaches that children love.
The Chamber of Commerce (which has literature on lots of things to do), boat launching ramp facility, and quaint Lake Huron beach park is practically across the street.
Watching the sunsets is perhaps one of the best ways of ending an evening.
ACCOMODATIONS:
Suite A & B have 2 bedrooms with QUEENESIZE BUNK BEDS (UPPER BUNK FOR ONLY 1 PERSON). Available is 2 inflatable mattresses without bedding.
Suite C has 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 QUEEN BEDS and a (6' high ceiling) loft that has 2 QUEEN BUNKS & TV.
PRIVATE:
Each suite has its own private patio with a gas grill, picnic table, and wood fire pit.
SHARED:
The outdoor space along side of the pier has plenty of room for all of our guests, only, to enjoy.
KITCHEN FULL SIZE
Each kitchen is fully equipped with almost all new appliance and all new pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and cups.
Our kitchens are open to the great rooms whereby conversations, viewing TV, child watching are attainable while preparing your favorite cooked meals, take outs, or storing left overs.
TV & INTERNET
Spectrum provides us the best wi-fi available and our “Smart” TV’s features You Tube programing with many children, sports, movies, news, etc. programs when you need to wind down or rainy day.
Various card and board games for children and adults are included in each suite.
FIREPITS:
Wood burning firepits are available for each Suite.

Relaxing weekend

Greg was easy to deal with , there was a bit of miscommunication on the amount of beds but it got resolved quickly. Very close to beaches and overall a great place to stay for the weekend. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was because of the lack of AC. But everything else was great!

Met our needs

We rented both A & B units and found both to be adequate for our group. Both units were very clean, and had sufficient cooking supplies to meet our meal prep needs, with exception of coffee pot which was just a little 4-cup. The bunk-bed setup is metal frames that clank and creak with any movement, and mattresses that will NOT make you want to stay in bed - :) Lovely spot on the water, making sitting out in the backyard enjoyable, with exception of highway traffic noise that can seem loud at times for those not used to it. Overall - a great option for any family or groups that want to share living space and a great location for all activities in the area.

Nice getaway.

We enjoyed everything and we were thankful that the owner brought us an A/C unit. We were slightly annoyed and discomforted however. The house didn't have A/C in 1 of 2 nights and it was about 85 degrees. As I booked the place the owner had also verbally agreed to reimburse me the cost of the insurance premium, $60. Though he was there the whole time, he never did offer to pay the reimbursement nor did he offer any discount for the lack of Air Conditioning..

4th of July getaway

Property was exactly as described. Comfortable and clean! River was great for fishing and relaxing by. Within walking distance to almost everything we needed. Greg, the owner, was on the property during our stay. He is a wonderful and friendly guy! Enjoyed spending time with him and both the neighbors renting in the other units. Mine and my children's experience here was wonderful! The property owner Greg was kind and considerate, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable time during our stay! Everything in the house is newly remodeled, great location, Greg was a great host. Very friendly! It had a nice kitchen and all new furniture. Overall great experience!

Suite B was remodeled in 2019 by Greg & crew; with almost everything NEW and fully equipped to facilitate Guests who want longer term vacations. A shared laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer is there for your convenience. Oh yes, we do have Central Air Conditioning and Heat, making our suites ideal for year round vacationing for boating, canoeing, fishing, hunting, snow mobile, off road vehicle, and Fall Leaf Color watchers.

Our Vacation suites are uniquely located on a very quiet Au Sable River Bayou just off the main stream and only a few hundred yards from Lake Huron.

Being on a Bayou we do not experience other boaters cruising by and is inland enough to Harbor our boats or yours from storms. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, party stores, and the landmark Wellman Sport Shop is next door to us. A short drive offers a variety of downtown stores for almost every need.
The Oscoda Beach Park has an idyllic sandy beach with shallow sandy bottom waters to play in and close by.

The VFW and American Legion posts are within walking distance.

The Au Sable River, in Oscoda, offers vacationers a truly
WATER WINTER WONDERLAND to enjoy.

What makes this property unique



Our property is on a quiet somewhat private Au Sable River Bayou with over 100' of pier.

When cruising out of our Bayou, you can head West (right), a few hundred feet, to cruise up and fish the Au Sable River OR turn East (left), for a few hundred yards, for more fishing, swimming, and other watercraft activities in Lake Huron.

Our unique location is inland enough to Harbor our boats or yours from storms.

Our location doesn't have other boats cruising by creating waves, making noise, or exposing your craft for others to view.
