2019 Melbourne Prestige RV (Stationary Rental) is located in the center of College Station, 2.7 miles south of Kyle Field and the Texas A&M University campus.
Our property is in a quiet, family neighborhood with quick and easy access (1-3 miles) to many local restaurants, HEB & Kroger grocery stores, Walmart, and local parks with walking trails, playground and fishing (catch and release).
This rental features a private entry and parking. Accommodations include comfortable & luxurious pillows and bedding for one queen bed, and bathroom with shower and soft towels. Amenities: coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, dining table, 32" TV with local programming, and free Wifi Access.
For your convenience, complimentary bottled water, coffee and teas are always available to our guests. Hosts will be available by phone for questions or help during your visit.

Super convenient, very clean, easy to find and comfortable. The hosts go above and beyond in kindness and are available at all hours. We arrived very late and David waited for us. Thank you so much. We will return.

One night stay in College Station
We needed a place to stay at a reasonable price to attend a Texas A&M football game and to celebrate our sons birthday. The accommodations we’re exactly as expected and as depicted in the VRBO app; clean and well maintained. The owners, David and Karen, were very nice and accommodating of our schedule. I fully recommend the property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced accommodation.
