Beautiful sea view in the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio facing the city.
Heated private pool, private parking. Southwest exposure.
Covered terrace of 25 m² with plancha and outdoor lounge.
Complete equipment: 2 fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 TV, air conditioning in all rooms.
The garden has lawns, fruit trees and a pétanque area.
A deposit check of 1.000 € will be asked upon the entry in the places, it will be returned to you during your departure after the inventory of places of exit.

Beautiful house as described

We had a lovely holiday. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. Arrival and departure were uncomplicated. The pool was cleaned and the bed linen changed once a week. The most beautiful beaches of Corsica are just a few minutes away by car and in the evening you can enjoy a lovely view of the port of Porto Vecchio. Thanks a lot!

Villa avec vue imprenable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Très bon accueil, villa très propre avec tout le nécessaire : draps, draps de bain et de piscine ( ce qui est fort appréciable) avec des petites attentions ici et là. Villa très bien située avec vue incroyable. Merci à Frédéric pour tout et sa gentillesse..

Das Hauses mit der tollen Terrasse und dem beheizten Pool boot einen tollen Blick bis zur Altstadt von Porto Vecchio. Sowohl hafeals auch Altstadt sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Excellent séjour dans la villa. La description et les commentaires sont conformes à la réalité. Frédéric est un hôte très sympathique et très réactif. La maison est très agréable. La vue est superbe. La villa est très bien située, sur la route de la sublime plage de Palombaggia. Bref, on se sent bien à la Villa Alta Rocca.

Magnifique séjour en Corse du Sud

Notre semaine de vacances, en ce mois d'avril, s'est très bien passée. Frédéric est un hôte agréable et disponible. La villa est magnifique, avec la vue sur le golfe de Porto-Vecchio. Nos 3 enfants de 3, 7 et 9 ans avaient de la place pour jouer et ont bien profité de la piscine chauffée. Tout le nécessaire est disponible. Nous conseillons vivement cette destination pour visiter la Corse du Sud.

Maison parfaite.

Frederic nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a donné quelques conseils pour sortir, manger, faire les courses, ... La maison est tout simplement parfaite : orientation Sud-Ouest. Parfait pour apero du soir. Correspond parfaitement au descriptif. La piscine est Top. La terrasse géniale. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Salle de bain et salle de douche. Grande douche à l'italienne. WC à l'extérieur très pratique. Cuisine full équipée avec même 2 frigidaires. Et l'emplacement est parfait : tout proche de Porto Vecchio et à 15 min des plages de Palombaggia. Et la vue,... on se s'en lasse pas !
