This large unit sleeps 11 comfortably. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, a bonus twin/single bed, large double closet, TV and bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with luggage rack and large closets and dressers for storage. Queen bed and large dresser are in second bedroom. Two double beds are located in the third bedroom (with deck) and a queen bed makes up the fourth bedroom. Main bathroom and laundry room are located near the bedrooms. Bedrooms 2-4 have additional black out blinds added to new blinds installed throughout the unit.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (new for 2025) and quartz countertops (new for 2025) includes service for 12, cookware, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, microwave, dishwasher, four slice toaster, steamer pot, serving bowls, serving trays and large pantry. Quartz countertop island (new for 2025) for prep includes seating for two.

Watch the summer Friday night fireworks from the beautiful deck off the living room and kitchen accessible from two sliding glass doors. Deck furniture includes wicker love seat, two chairs, coffee table, a two person pub height dining set and carpets.

A one car garage is available for use along with one driveway parking space and one paid on street parking pass as well. Bikes and a gas grill are provided for guests to use.

To keep this place as beautiful as possible, we request that renters are either families or over 26 years of age. No smoking or pets are permitted. Sheets and towels are the responsibility of the renter. PLEASE NOTE: Guests must bring their own linens as none are provided. You should plan on bringing your own sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, beach towels and bath towels. Alternatively, there are linen rental companies available in the area.

You can walk to many fine restaurants and attractions including the famous Morey's Pier. There are numerous ice cream shops and miniature golf courses very close by (Duffers just a .5 a block walk).
