- Guest Access to the entire resort No need to wait for check-in. During Peak Season March, May-September you should expect longer than normal wait times for the elevators. ( there are two elevators located close to the unit also this garage had its Elevator and it is usually not Bussi),) to avoid waiting park your car on the 2 th floor of NORTH Garage Walk straight to the unit from the parking garage, and walk only a few flights of stairs to the unit after you return from the beach!

2- A zero-entry pool with six fountains, located on the ground level. It has an Island located in the middle for resting or sunning. One of the hot tubs is located here as well.

Our cleaning team is trying its best to satisfy you fully. We do not provide refunds or concessions. Please report any maintenance or cleaning issues immediately ( within the first 30 minutes of your arrival time) and we'll try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
From time to time, maintenance and enhancements to our beautiful resort may temporarily close an amenity or cause noise. This is out of the Owner's control, and there will be no refunds.
We will charge a fine of $500 and evict if caught smoking in the unit. If a smoke odor is left behind, we will charge as well. (you can smoke on the balcony with A closed Door)
