Excellent accueil.

Hôte très prévenant et attentionné. Le villlage est serein et entouré d'une magnifique campagne. De très beaux sites à portée d'une heure de voiture. Nous avons passé dix jours très agréables et recommandons cette location. Merci à Luis et son épouse.

Casa ampla com boas áreas, limpa e bem equipada para frio e calor. 1 wc por quarto foi top

Na zona comum a sala ampla onde a lareira dava um enquadramento ideal e a temperatura certa para estarmos juntos a disfrutar da companhia. E uma cozinha tb ela ampla com as principais necessidades todas incluídas foram ideias para confecionar as necessárias refeições . Os quartos bem equipados com wc autónomo , ar condicionado e uma cama com um bom colchão remataram aquilo que consideramos de uma óptima estadia Constava ainda uma boa piscina com uma zona de relva circundante que não podemos disfrutar pois era inverno e apanhamos chuva e frio

A estadia foi incrível! A casa é ainda melhor do que aparenta nas fotos. Cozinha muito bem equipada, num local bastante silencioso e em comunhão com a natureza. Os proprietários eram de uma simpatia imensa e mostraram-se sempre disponíveis para qualquer dúvida que tivéssemos ou qualquer recomendação que necessitássemos. Sem dúvida, uma estadia a repetir. Paraíso do descanso

Excelente opção. Lugar perfeito para descansar. A aldeia é bela. A casa é muito boa. Área enorme para estacionamento dos carros. Cozinha equipada. Duas televisões boas que complementam as outras actividades. Boa piscina com uma cobertura que tapada à noite ajuda a manter a temperatura da água a 30.º. Há que destacar também a simpatia do Sr. Luís sempre prestativo deixando uma esquema escrito num quadro relativamente aos serviços de venda que há na aldeia (peixe fresquinho no interior é muito luxo. Adoramos.

Superbe maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette superbe maison spacieuse, cosy, propre. Nombreuses chambres cosy avec salles de bains. Cuisine super bien équipée. Spacieuse , agréable. Grand Salon élégant. Terrasse très agréable avec une très chouette piscine, sur vue dégagée sur pinèdes et la nature. L accueil de Luis et de Rita était remarquable et chaleureux. C était super ! Très bon standing et qualité. Endroit calme et reposant. Merci !

A moradia Casa da Fonte muito aconchegante e com todas as comodidades necessárias. O espaço envolvente muito rico em pormenores, bem como a piscina coberta que nos proporcionou uns banhos relaxantes. O proprietário Sr. Luís Vieira é uma pessoa que nos recebeu com muito carinho e nos colocou muito à vontade.... além dos miminhos com que nos presenteou. Gostamos muito e temos a intenção claro de voltar. Obrigada mais uma vez E um grande beijinho a Dona Rita.

Estada na Casa da Fonte - Boa Aldeia

Casa com conforto interior e extras (piscina, varandas, jardim, grelhador). Bons acessos, com a IP3 e IP5 a poucos Kms. Óptimo para uma estadia com repouso e usufruindo o sossego e ar puro da serra. Bem localizado para visitar o Caramulo, aldeias típicas e Viseu.

Vacaciones Semana Santa (Marzo 2016)

Francamente tanto nuestra opinión, como la de los otros dos matrimonios que nos acompañaron, coinciden en varios puntos y es unánime. La casa se entregó sucia, debajo de las camas había tanto polvo y pelusas, que se podría confeccionar una abrigo de pelusilla. La casa en esta época del año (marzo de 2016) es muy fría, y los radiadores eléctricos no dan calentado lo suficiente. Tenemos que añadir a esto, que no es posible poner al máximo los radiadores, salta toda la instalación eléctrica. Agua caliente, si coinciden dos personas o tres duchándose al mismo tiempo, el calentador no da calentado el agua suficiente. En la planta baja es necesario tener la chimenea encendida todo el día, de no ser así no hay quien aguante del frío La limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, también dejan bastante que desear. Resumiendo, en cuanto a limpieza y calefacción la valoración es pésima.

Óptima semana de férias!

Excelente a nossa semana de férias em família na Casa da Fonte! Uma óptima moradia, super-bem equipada em todos os aspectos, com todas as comodidades e muito boa manutenção e limpeza. Local muito agradável e sossegado inserido em zona rural, mas com imensas hipóteses de passeio nas redondezas, até pelas boas ligações viárias a locais históricos, museus e zonas de lazer da região de Viseu e da Serra do Caramulo, que concretizámos com imenso agrado. Piscina muito boa, com água impecável e temperatura perfeita. Tivemos sempre ao nosso dispor um acompanhamento pessoal de grande simpatia e discrição. Muito agradecemos todos os cuidados do proprietário, que demonstrou sempre grande disponibilidade e empenho na prestação de um serviço de grande qualidade, e que não temos dúvida em recomendar a outros interessados.

villa authentique au coeur d'un petit village

cette villa a été une très grande surprise. La réalité est encore bien mieux que sur les photos... Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille au coeur du Portugal et de ses habitants. Très bon accueil (merci pour tout Rita et Aurora !), logement très propre avec une piscine idéale pour parents et enfants ! Je conseille pour ceux qui cherchent le calme, l'authenticité d'un petit village, à une heure environ de Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, ...

Casa muito bonita, com jardim e piscina muito agradável. Com todas as comodidades para se passar umas óptimas férias. Muito limpa, a Srª que dá o apoio à casa foi excepcional e o Dono uma pessoa muito sincera na descrição da casa e muito simpático e atencioso connosco. Será sempre um local a recomendar sem duvida.
