Les GiVans, 60m² gites, heated swimming pool, panoramic view

Gîtes for 4 people with swimming pool on a plateau overlooking the Vans.

Quiet and relaxing place with walks, hikes and wonderful swimming spots within 10 min.

Each cottage has on the ground floor a living room with equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, vitro, fridge, freezer, ...) and a toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1m60 double bed and the other with a bunk bed (2 beds below 1m40 and 1 above). Swimming pool of 4m by 10m heated from mid-May to September 20, common to the three gîtes. Private terrace with motorized solar tent, barbecue.
OPTIONS: air conditioning, bed linen, towels, cleaning at end of stay.

Very clean environment and neighbourhood

Beautiful location, quiet and serene. Proper house with nice shared swimming pool. The adult bed had a personality, whenever someone turned on their other side, it squeaked so loud that it would wake you, definitely have to get used to that.

Ein toller Urlaub !!!

Wir sind begeistert von unseren zwei Wochen in Les Vans. Toll gelegen oberhalb der kleinen Stadt (auf einer Art Plateau) hat uns die Ferienwohnung Les Givans gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett (man kommuniziert mit ihm -es sei denn man spricht französisch- via Übersetzer auf dem Smartphone) und wohnt auch auf dem Gelände in einem eigenen Haus. Der Pool, der Garten und die Natur in nächster Nähe waren wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist eher einfach ausgestattet, für uns hat es jedoch gereicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Très belle location.Très beaux paysages, vues et panoramas. C'est l'une des plus belles régions que nous avons visitée. Forets,gorges,cascades,villages médiévaux et de caractères. Et les vans est superbe nuit. Seul point négatif : énormément de piqûres d'insectes. Sinon, nous avons très app8notre séjour.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der tolle Pool und der wunderschöne Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Auch Kinder haben hier sehr viel Spaß. Direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es erlebnisreiche Wanderwege. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nahe. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Soms moet je geluk hebben : met het weer👍 met je gastheer en gastvrouw👌 met je huisje👍met de omgeving👌 Fijne vakantie gehad, de website van Les Givans zit mooi in mekaar, ze wijst je letterlijk de weg naar lekkere, mooie en leuke zwemplekjes. Wat we misten? Een fleskoeler, een verplaatsbaar tafeltje in de tuin of aan het zwembad en aanmaakblokjes en lucifers zouden makkelijk zijn. Vor de rest topadres!

De Ardèche

Wij hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden tijdens ons verblijf. Alleen van een verwarmd zwembad was geen sprake. Het werd verwarmd door de zon. Communicatie ging niet altijd goed, maar Google translate is een goede hulp. Qua activiteiten is het wel ongeveer 1 uur rijden, maar die ritjes zijn de moeite waard.

Bel emplacement mais logement décevant

Le gîte est très bien situé au sommet d’une colline qui domine le village et permet d’accéder facilement à divers villages, le bois de paiolive … l’extérieur est joliment aménagé avec de beaux lauriers fleuris Nous avons été déçus par le gite en lui même qui ne comportait pas dans les chambres de volets juste une bâche à installer manuellement pour faire de l’ombre et limiter la chaleur en interne et pour le reste les équipements sont de qualité minimum et certains manquent (carafe d’eau, bac à glaçons…) et les finitions laissent à désirer (agrafe visible dans un mur, marche d’escalier qui n’est pas entière …)

Découverte de l ardèche

Cadre idyllique, tant le gîte que l environnement. Gîte très bien situé pour effectuer visites car proches de tous les centres d intérêts. Les propriétaires du gîte sont présents si besoin mais discrets, très gentils et aimant les moments de partage avec leurs locataires. Leur site est bien utile et de très on conseil.
