Appartement très propre et description conforme.Nous avions un appartement adapté aux PMR mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème particulier. Le logement est bien situé. très proche su centre-ville avec des places de parking devant ou via un parking a proximité. Seul bémols : Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine et la rue est assez bruyante.

Type de logement non conforme à la réservation

Nous avons réservé un logement classique pour 4 personnes et non un logement de type PMR pour 2 personnes. Bien que les propriétaires nous aient soutenus que c'était le même logement pour 4. La salle de bain ne comportait pas de pare-douche (eau par tout dans la SdB). Le canapé-lit non équipé en draps et oreillers dans la pièce principale où il n'y avait pas de volets occultants (donc jour dans la pièce). La cuisine et la SdB équipées comme un logement PMR (donc sans commodités et sans possibilité de rangement). Appartement bien situé mais très bruyant (double vitrage inefficace). Accueil et sortie du logement très impersonnel et très "froid" de la part des propriétaires qui n'ont rien voulu savoir sur la différence du logement réservé et celui affecté.

Personnes non recommandables pour des prochaines locations. Appartement conforme à la réservation. Résidence situé en centre-ville de SAINT-FLOUR ( petite ville 6000 habitants). 2 personnes présents dans l'appartement donc il était pas nécessaire de faire le canapé convertible mais en revanche nous avons proposé de faire quand même le canapé convertible au clients qui ont refusé. Etagère de rangement, panderie présents dans l'appartement. Ces clients ont pas fait preuve de compréhension de ce qui leur avait été affecté.

Modern, clean and comfortable

A modern, purpose-built rental business, very clean and well-equipped (lacking only a kettle and wine glasses). Centrally located, near to a busy junction and therefore not the quietest environment. But within walking distance of the old town with free public parking alongside. There is also a small gym, equipped with machines, and a terrace, which residents can use with views over the town and the surrounding countryside. Ideal for an evening drink. My only displeasure was having to pay a deposit of €200 against breakages - not so much the deposit, but more because I now have to wait two weeks for its return. Why not on departure when any damage, or not, is indisputable?

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel, très propre, seul bémol il serait judicieux d’avoir un grille pain pour le petit déjeuner.
