Métro ligne quatre à cinq minutes de la maison bus 68 à cinq minutes aussi. Tous les Commerce sont accessibles à moins de trois minutes de la location location.

Great stay in Montrouge

Big, bright and cosy townhouse located away from the touristy center on a quiet street in Montrouge. We really enjoyed coming back and relaxing in the peace and quiet after busy days of Paris sightseeing. There is plenty of room, the house also has a very nice yard and patio. The property is very well equipped with everything you might need. It is located a short walk from the bus or metro which takes you to the center of Paris. Hosts Catherine and Gerard are very nice and accomodating and gave us very good advice on getting around. Thank you very much, we would love to come back again one day.

A Paris must stay

Conveniently located between two metro stops along the Metro 4 line, 5 Rue Fénelon in Montrouge, France is a wonderful place to see and experience Paris. The home is quietly situated in Montrouge, France and provides everything you may need and or experience in France. Catherine and Gerard provide a home that is quite and affords all the comforts you would need to feel comfortable in your travels. My family loved the town of Montrouge and the easy accessibility to Paris via the metro. I recommend this destination for anyone that is looking to experience Paris and/or just have a quiet getaway. Catherine and Gerard really make you feel at home and provide so many conveniences you'll want for nothing during your stay. I wish we could have stayed longer! I recommend 5 Rue Fénelon in Montrouge, France.

Love this apartment

What a great place! I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's in my time and this was one of the best experiences I've had. First of all, the apartment is clean, spacious, very comfortable and is exactly as it's represented in the pictures. It's completely stocked with anything you could need and Catherine and her husband even left us a bottle of wine for our arrival! Since it was a girl's getaway trip it was wonderful to have a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. There's also a beautiful patio and garden that was nice to come back to and relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. Catherine and her husband, were so sweet and accommodating. She was very quick to reply to any questions I had and went out of their way to make sure our visit to Paris was perfect. We left feeling like we had made new friends! I would totally recommend this beautiful apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you again Catherine for your warm hospitality! It was a pleasure meeting you!

Wonderful house just outside of Paris

Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! And a fantastic bottle of wine and fruit from the garden as a welcome, which we enjoyed on the balcony! The house is lovely - the photos don't do it justice. The balcony & garden are perfect for morning coffee and for evening relaxing after a day in the city. Kitchen and family great size for our family group of 8 people. So many great restaurants within 2-3 blocks - or if you prefer to cook, bakeries supermarkets, cheese shops and wine stores are ALSO all within 2-3 blocks. Location - 10 minute walk downhill from the Barbara stop on the #4 metro line. Easy to do with luggage, except for the construction right outside the metro stop. The stairs were a little narrow/difficult for my 76-yr old mother with bad hips. Air conditioning in top floor bedroom only. The other bedrooms got a little warm at night but there were fans. We would 100% recommend and stay here again!

Tolles Haus in angenehmer Gegend

Das Haus ist großzügig, bestens ausgestattet und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Montrouge wäre alleine eine Reise wert - läge nicht Paris so nah. Mit Métro oder Bus lässt sich Paris bestens erreichen. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons été reçus par un couple formidable. Catherine et Gérard sont aux petits soins pour leurs "invités" même par anticipation. Il fait bon vivre au 5 rue Fenelon à Montrouge. Petits ou grands, chacun y a trouvé sa place et serait content de revenir.

C'était parfait !!! Un bonheur de se retrouver dans cette grande maison avec nos amis. De plus, dans un quartier calme et animé par ses commerces à deux pas. A charming 3 story Home located beautifully in Paris. 4 blocks from the M4 metro line ( which connects to entire system ) 2 major grocery stores within 3-4 blocks. The hosts were very nice and did everything possible to enhance our stay.

Great place for couple of families even with short notice.

Nice connections with bus or sub. We bought 3day tickets for transportation which worked very good on our 3 day visit. Location is good with market nearby. Easy to reach croisants to your breakfast table from just around the corner. Very friendly and flexible hosts. Thumbs up! 👍🏾

I recommend, very attentive hosts, very spacious, bright house, location is not central but close to the metro and quickly reaches the center. Only point was that in the ad appears 04 rooms but in practice one was closed.

Very Parisian property! Spacious, clean, fully stocked, beautiful back patio. The property is about 10 minutes away from the metro station. Catherine and her husband are great hosts; we will definitely consider this property again if we’re ever in Paris again!
