About this property

2B Condo w/ Access to Clubhouse and Slopes!

Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not expect much from the place knowing that the building was old, but the place exceeded our expectations. It's on a top level in the building that is also at a far top end, so be prepared to climb a lot of steps. However, it was worth it. Quiet and walkable to slopes. Comfortable bed, large TVs, clean dishes, enough supplies provided. No complains. Will stay again.

But it was not stocked with supplies. For example there was only 4 wash clothes and 5 bath towels which meant I had to wash towels every day of our stay.
