"Above the Sea" Apartment III

This is a new 55 square meters, two bedrooms apartment at Atspas beach in Skala Marion, Thasos. The master bedroom has one queen size bed (160cm by 200cm) two nightstands, two reading wall lamps and a 2 doors closet. The second bedroom has one full-size bed (140cm by 200cm) two nightstands, two reading wall lamps, and an open closet. The living room and the kitchen is a single space. It has a sofa bed comfortable enough for two adults to sleep. When it is open it is a queen size bed 160cm by 2,00cm. There are large windows and balcony doors to access the balcony/garden as well as the see the waterfront view from inside. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for you to cook, a full stove, a double door fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster and a Kettle. There are plates, glasses, and silverware for 6 persons. There is a large dining table for 6 persons and a 32’’ LED HD TV. The AC units are in each bedroom for you to adjust the room temperature at your desire. The bathroom is large with a shower. Towels, soap and toilet paper is provided. Internet access is provided through Wi-Fi and the access codes will be given at your arrival. The balcony/garden is the best spot in the house. There are a separate wooden rectangle table and four armchairs for the family to sit and enjoy the beautiful see the view, the beach in front of you, the passing boats, the blue of the sea together with the green of the Atspas hill, even the dolphins that once a while are playing passing by. You will love watching the sunsets drinking your favorite drink or coffee. The balcony has also a large 3,50 by 4,00 shade that provides shade to protect you from the sun during the day. If you prefer the sun, of course, there is enough space for you to sit under the sun.
From the house everything you need, the beach and the village center with restaurants, a supermarket, butcher, bakery, even a pharmacy is within 5-7 minutes walking distance. “Above the Sea” Apartment is appropriate for couples and families with children.
