Welcome to Sweet Melissa, a 5 Bedroom /6.5 Bathroom house on 30A with gulf views from all 3 levels! Beach access is directly across the street and the house features a heated dip pool which is 15 feet long and 6 feet wide with a depth of 4 feet , elevator, a gas grill, and game room off pool deck.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms : bedroom 1 has two twin beds, flat screen TV and private bath. Game room has a leather, queen size sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, table to play games, and private bath with shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, flat screen TV, and doors leading out to the pool. The private bath features a glass door shower.

On the second level the open living space is a large, open floor plan with plenty of natural light from the many windows overlooking the gorgeous gulf views. Doors open up to a balcony with outdoor seating. Family room is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.
The dining table seats 8 with extra seating at the kitchen bar.

The 2nd floor features a queen bedroom, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with glass shower doors.

The 3rd floor has the king master suite with private balcony with gulf views and a flat screen TV. The large master bath has a double vanity with separate tub and glass shower.

The second king room also features a private balcony, gulf views, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with glass shower and granite counters. This floor has a full size, high capacity washer/dryer.

There is a an extra charge of $150.00 for the heating of the pool.

Wonderful Place!

A++ on cleanliness, and you can't beat the access to the beach (across the street). Very quiet at night, and beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Lewis, the manager, is very responsive and communicates quickly with any questions or concerns.

Perfect Stay

Our two families (4 adults, 4 children) loved our time at Sweet Melissa. It has one of the most well stocked VRBO kitchens! We didn’t use the pool due to cold weather, so I can’t comment on that. We had plenty of space and loved to location!

Once Again....

This was my family's 2 year in a row staying at this property, and once again....Flawless. Property was still Great, we had an even more enjoyable time as we stayed an extra day. Property-Great, Pool-Great, Location..with Beach right across the street-Great. We had a blast, and look forward to returning next year and doing it all again. P.S., while we were there, pool was cleaned, and a seal on the refrigerator was replaced..promptly. Owners are on top of it all. That ease of mind makes staying here a no brainer.

Best Beach Vacay!

My family had the best time staying at Sweet Melissa! Lot's of room for everyone. The beach was directly across the road making it super easy to come and go. The pool was wonderful for our group of kids.
