We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable with nice amenities, and we appreciated having plenty of space throughout and the wonderful community. The elite community pool was definitely a highlight of our visit.The location was very convenient - getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops with the provided golf cart was a breeze and only took a few minutes. The host did a great job with clear instructions and communication throughout our stay.I would recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again.

This place had everything we could have ever hoped for! Plenty of space. Best pool we have ever seen. Golf cart to make traveling to and from so simple. Everything was a short golf cart ride away especially the pool and beach access area. Every room had its own bathroom which made the stay amazing! The pool table was great for the guys to hangout after the pool closed each night or while we were waiting for everyone to get ready each day. Loved the area and the fact that it wasn’t over crowded. The beach was amazing and water was clear and beautiful. Shunk Gullies is a must!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Beach Vacay

We loved our stay. The house was spacious enough for our family of six and very comfortable. Having access to the golf cart really made the trip for us. We are a beach family and having the ability to just pack up the golf cart and head to the beach was wonderful. Jake was very kind and texted back with answers to our questions right away. Thank you!

Cute house with everything you need for a perfect stay

My family and I rented this property for a quick beach trip. It was perfect. Having the golfcart made getting to the beach and restaurants super easy. The pool is amazing as well. Really enjoyed having all the beach toys and pool table.

Texans take on Santa Rosa Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is so spacious and beautiful in a quaint cul de sac just minutes away from the beach and the neatest little shopping/restaurant area. Jake also left his own golf cart when the "house cart" broke down. This was our first stay in a beach house and to have the golf cart was truly a lifesaver. I think we are Beach House people for life now! Oh and the pool..WOW...perfect, just minutes away and so clean! Can't wait for our next beach vacay🎉

Our family loves staying in this area! The house was perfect! Multiple families could rent this & have plenty of room! The golf cart is a must! I never moved my car! The pool was amazing! If you want to unwind, relax, & just enjoy your vacation… this place is a must! We loved it!

Spacious and beautiful home conveniently located!

This would be a great house for couples, a large family needing space or a girls weekend. The rooms are spacious and are spread out, providing privacy for everyone. The layout is great to where, you don't feel cramped or on top of each other. Jake was a great host and very accessible, was friendly and answered my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this home and look forward to going back!

Amazing place!

This house was exactly what we were looking for on a long weekend trip to spend some family time with our kids & grandbaby. The location is perfect, close to beach access and little shops. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is amazing. My 3 yo grandson loved it. Jake was super quick at communicating and when we didn’t think we had enough propane to grill, he was there within 15 mins offering to get it filled up. Every question I had was met with kindness and grace by the owners. Also, the house itself was very clean and had what we needed. Pool table was a great addition that the men enjoyed. Golf cart was awesome to go to the beach too. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Great experience

Jake quickly responded to my last minute request for booking and any questions I had to assure me I was making a good decision. A year long VRBO reservation cancelled us and I found it comforting to find an owner that I trusted. He even verified the beach chairs available and replaced an umbrella with a cabana before we arrived to give us what we needed. My husband and I along with our daughter, spouse and their 3 children 8,6, and 4 found the house setup perfect for us. We even had a first floor bedroom that we didn’t need but was a backup for quick changes for the children. Outdoor shower in the backyard that entered by the laundry, and a clothes line in the backyard dried our suits and towels quickly. The pool table was popular, but the 6 seater golf cart was the children’s favorite. Any excuse to ride to the pool, go out for ice cream or a nearby dinner was met with enthusiasm. And that pool was a true treat, especially when we were encountering double red flag days of do not enter the beach water. We still went early to Grayson beach State park early and enjoyed non congested beach time, but also the lake there with the boards provided by the home owners. Read the book Steph created, so helpful and organized! Thanks

Neighborhood and pool were good and beautiful, the house itself was poor. The host treated us poorly. No good standards at all. The host definitely gave us a hard time after asking for some small things to be done in the house. Huge hole in the ceiling of the kitchen which should have been fixed. Will never stay at this property and do not recommend anyone else to try this property.

I will be back

This was the perfect little getaway for me and my family that we’re going to Dustin for a few days. The property was amazing. The pool was even better. The little golf kart rides to the beach was awesome. There was plenty to do and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Me and my family will definitely be back to this location. The host was very kind and always responded super quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I’m not the one to leave a review on things so that should also say something. Lol
