About this property

We are happy to present this beautiful renovated coastal decor 2 bedroom 2 bath Casita. Coral Reef (front property 25 ft from pool) is ONLY a 4 minute stroll to the #1 beach in the USA. Well appointed bedrooms with a King and en-suite in the Master, 2 XL twins with a jack and jill bathroom in Guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper, all brand new mattresses. Featuring its own brand new, semi-private heated plunge pool, (shared with Starfish when booked separately). with a sun shelf and sitting bench. Pool heater is set at 84 degrees from November 15th to April 15th, temperature is not guaranteed during cool weather. Pool may take a few days to recover to 84 degrees after cold nights
Coral Reef sleeps 6.

The owner’s didn’t spare any expense on Coral Reef. Quality linens and towels are provided. Fully stocked kitchen. New wall mounted TV's in each room. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting space to relax while enjoying your vacation. Private assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart provided with this property.

Pet friendly - One dog ONLY - 25 pounds or less. Non refundable pet fee - $250.00. Host MUST approve pet PRIOR to booking.

*Please Note: Reservations that are 21 nights or longer will require an interim clean every 2 weeks at $150.00 per clean at Guest expense.

The lush, tropical landscaping is lit at night creating special effects and with private porches and outdoor seating are available for relaxing and dining El fresco. For guests convenience we have a private washer and dryer. Also a propane BBQ grill (shared with Starfish) for the griller in your group.

This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc.

NO boats, boat trailers or RV's allowed on property. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plasticware for the pool area.

Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise [loud speaker] or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners/Guests. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination and Guests shall be required to immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 9:00 PM and pool area/ outdoor noise should always be kept to a minimum.

*Coral Reef Casita, which can be combined with Starfish Casita to create a 4 bedroom, Villa Dom Brisa, for larger groups. Rent one Casita or both.

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and BBQ grill is shared between the two Casita's.

*Early check in's are not an option nor are late check outs. If a Guest checks in early or checks out late, a fee will be added.

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. It is very close to the beach and several restaurants. The property was well stocked, including bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this casita!

Love everything about this casita! This is my 2nd stay here and I hope to come back every year. The decor is so modern and comfy and clean! The bedding is wonderful and the beds are so comfortable. Everything we needed is provided. We enjoyed riding the bikes and used the beach chairs to watch the gorgeous sunset each night! The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are surrounded by palm trees and beautiful foliage. The best part is walking out the door and down a short beach road and onto gorgeous Crescent beach! Jacklyn, the property manager, is wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We hope to come right back here to our happy place every year!!

Loved the location and the casita was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very very nice. I would consider staying again!!!! Location is fantastic and the casita was the perfect place for 3 adults and one 10 year old grandchild.
