Wonderful stand alone cottage ready for your perfect retreat! Master bedroom has a king size bed, full private bathroom, walk in closet, flat screen TV and attached access to the secluded rear yard. Second bedroom has two twin beds with large closet. The large open floor plan has a living room with a couch, love seat and flat screen TV. The unit has a full size, well appointed kitchen with ice maker and a nice cafe style dining area. It also has a covered parking area.

The property has free Wi-Fi, a heated pool with Tiki Hut lounge area, fishing pier with a cleaning area, boat basin to park your boat or boat rental, laundry facilities, bocci court, 2 picnic areas with 3 grills, and great views of natural wildlife and the passing boats on the Intercoastal Waterway.

A short walk takes you to the top ranked and most beautiful white sand beach in the USA! The Siesta Key Village area is full of great restaurants, retail and grocery stores, souvenir shops, bars, and ice cream parlors. Free rides are provided around the island by golf carts and trolley.

The complex does not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers, or RV's.

We loved the quaint property. The pool and dock area are very nice, everyone was laid back and friendly. Short walk to the private beach, you get the best of both worlds. Cottage had all we needed.

The Cottage

I loved this cottage. My family and I were able to see the sunrise by the bay and sunset at the beach. We walked to Captain Curt’s, the shops, the boating tours, and parasailing . Great location. We are going to try and get this place again in 2024

The Gate House was perfect for our needs. Great home base to explore SK. The Property Manager was very accessible, home was comfy and well equipped. One suggestion would be to purchase a beach cart or wagon for the trek to the ocean.

Perfect in every way

We stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend at siesta key beach and can’t say enough good things about our stay. The location was excellent just across the street from the beach with a pool on premise. The two bedrooms were ample size and the home had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very thoughtful with extra touches should you want to fish on the intercoastal or hang out at the beach. Parking was a special bonus as it was easy to find the space. We would love to return again.

We gave 3 stars for check in because....we could not get the access code to open the door.

As stated..we could not open the door. Owner was VERY cooperative and helpful but sitting on the porch in 91° was very uncomfortable. Love the cottage and we will definetly be back! We are older so the beach was too far a walk for us BUT we loved the pool and its surroundings.

Perfect Cottage!

Our annual Girls’ trip to Florida didn’t disappoint! This was a new property for us and we loved it. The best thing about it was the pool and no need for a car. You just walk out and flag down the trolly, Hopper, or golf cart. Only negative was there were not many essentials, like coffee and only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Make sure you stop at the store before you arrive for your necessities!

Excellent gem on Siesta Key

Great little place in SK. The pool was extremely clean, nice grills for cooking, not crowded. The fishing dock is fantastic. Only thing I’d change is swapping the two single beds for a queen. Don’t let the exterior fool you; the interior is up to date with remodeled bathrooms. Would love to come back! Uber to the village is only $7 each way, and there is a trolley stop a few seconds walk to the north. Pro tip: groceries are much cheaper off the island so hit the store before crossing the bridge.

Great Stay

This house is cute. It’s small, quiet and has a great front porch. The covered area for the car was a nice perk. The owner was appropriately responsive to any needs. The private beach is nice but prefer to take the trolley just up the road to siesta main beach for close restroom access. One thing to know this place does not have a washer and dryer so pack accordingly, but it’s not a deal breaker. Also if you travel to the area. Don’t drive into the busy parts. Take the free trolley or golf cart drivers!

Nice Cottage

The cottage's location is perfect. The gulf on one side and intercoastal on the other. Good size for 4 people. I would only say that being there for a month, it would be great to have cleaning people come in half way thru rental and at least do the floors and bathrooms without an additional charge. I don't mind washing sheets and towels. I had to clean at least once a week. Also, the side yard needs attended to. We never used. All in all I will stay at this cottage again. Loved location.

Gatehouse

Plus… location to the beach. Trolley stop nearby for added convenience. Master bedroom was large with updated bath. There were linens and towels provided. Area by the inter coastal was nice to sit and watch the boats. Minus… disappointing on arrival. Cottage is dark Screened in porch was where we spent most time for the light. This however needed a good cleaning. The beach chairs were rusted and umbrella broken. Very disappointed.
