Luxury Unit Pili Mai 7F With Horizon Ocean Views. Fully Air Conditioned!

Located in the Poipu Resort area, Pili Mai 7F is situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers. Enjoy an open air gathering place with barbecues, air conditioned work out facility, and a large swimming pool, spa, and kiddie spray pool.

This newly-built, ground-floor townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed and opens directly to the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and the blue ocean waves on the horizon. The second has a queen bed with adjoining full bath. There is additional sleeping on the comfortable sleeper-sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6!

The open, full kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: full refrigerator and stove, Ninja blender, microwave, dish washer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out over the ocean, golf course and gardens.

You'll have your own private, ground-floor balcony with a table and six chairs, featuring views of the golf course as well as ocean and mountain views.

This also features a private, one-car garage with additional parking right in front of the building.

The condo was nicely equipped & the kitchen was very large for cooking. Unfortunately the ice maker was broken so we had to buy ice but we were reimbursed. The AC was cold but it was really loud in the master bathroom. We had to sleep with the master bedroom door closed. The bed was ok. The location was great! Really close to everything in the area.

Comfortable, clean end unit to stay for a family of 4. This is our fifth stay at Pilimai and is the best unit that we have stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked with basic condiments if you decide to cook any meals. Very nice view of the golf course from the lanai and dining room table. This unit complements an enjoyable vacation on Kauai. But, fyi, the icemaker was still broken so we ended up buying our own bag of ice. We couldn’t use the garage door remote(maybe batteries needed to be changed? ) and the main garage door keyboard was finicky also- it would work and wouldn’t work at times. Hopefully, these concerns get fixed in time. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back at this unit again!

This condo is perfect! Clean, close to everything in Poipu and Koloa, and quiet. We stayed here with my parents to celebrate their retirement and it was exactly what we needed! Exactly how it’s pictured!

A beautiful property with all the amenities you could imagine…the view’s from the back side lanai were special every morning at sunrise and in the evening at sunset…very easy accessibility to shopping and restaurants..beaches… especially Poipu Beach in the early evening seeing the turtles come ashore to rest for the night…10 stars out of 10 … thank you Vicki.. we hope to return to Kauai next year…

Beautiful Property
