Within a park located at the gates of the medieval city (Residence les Jardins de la Fontaine) this apartment is composed of a large living room of 85m2 including a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. Large bay windows open onto a terrace overlooking the roofs of Sarlat. What a joy to land in the garden furniture at the end of a beautiful day of visits. A beautiful bedroom with a double bed (and its own bathroom with shower) completes the ground floor. A large picture window gives you access to the terrace where the Jacuzzi is located, of which you have the exclusive right. A beautiful staircase leads you upstairs where there is a second bright bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower / wc.
A convertible sofa in the living room offers 1 additional bed for 2 people. Blackout blinds allow a good night's sleep.
At the entrance of the residence "Les Jardins de la Fontaine" is the private and secure car park. Once the car is parked, go visit the historic center of Sarlat: the typical alleys are a 3-minute walk away.
Wifi and TV in each room.
We can provide sheets and towels if you wish. The rate is € 10 per person for the stay.
We provide a basic kit for your entry into the premises but we do not manage the restocking (toilet paper for example).

Construction dating from 2018 meeting the latest European ecological building standards and which guarantees very good thermal insulation. Portable air conditioners were added for hot weather periods, however.
