THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 27 sqm studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed (BZ) and a sleeping area with 1 single bed + trundle bed, 1 TV
- A kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- A shower, 1 washing machine
- A separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Place du Carreau faces south. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed.

The residence :
The residence is located in the heart of the resort center, next to all resort services (restaurants, bars, etc). The north facing flats are quiet and get a beautiful view on the valley. Ski lockers in the residence.
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
