Wooden chalet 4 people 35m2 + veranda 5m2 with south-facing terrace on private plot 200m2, enclosed plot, parking space, the chalet is located in a fully enclosed residential leisure park secured with caretaker, it is located near the seaside, rue du fort Samson in Grandcamp-Maisy Fishing and sailing port,
  On the park an indoor heated swimming pool free access from April to October, paddling pool, children's playground, games room and pétanque area.
The chalet consists of:
 1 main room with fitted kitchen open to the spacious living room with sofa, dining room under veranda,
_1 Master bedroom with 140x190 bed and 220x240 duvet, 2 pillows
_1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x190 with duvet 200x140, 2 pillows
The household linen (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) is to be provided by you.
