Perfect location

Sweet minimalist cottage in quiet, convenient neighborhood. Clean, cozy home with lovely kitchen and lots of windows. Will stay here again when we return to Lawrence.

Multiple Stays, Multiply Satisfied!

My 5th or 6th stay at this property (I've lost count...). Works perfectly for me and my spouse if she accompanies me. Functional kitchen, large private lot with a covered patio and a gas grill to minimize indoor cooking messes. Thanks Eric for being such a great host!

Great little cottage!

Great little cottage! Cozy, well-equipped with all the essentials, great location, neighborhood felt super safe and was convenient to shopping (Merc Food Co-op was just down the street and became a favorite!), neighbors were friendly. AC worked great, which was good because it was very warm the week I was there. Eric was a very responsive host. Great stay overall!

Perfect Trip!

I took my 5 yr old daughter and we were there for the long weekend to watch my niece who plays soccer at the University of Kansas. Super convenient with parks and grocery stores nearby. We spent our days at local playgrounds and parks and would come home for naps and dinner. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Family and Friends Visit

Very charming Stone Cottage. It was well located for meeting up with friends and my children’s softball tournaments in Kansas City as well as Topeka, Manhattan, Emporia, and Ottawa. I was actually there for over a month. Eric was a great host and responded when an issue occurred and took care of it. 👍

My daughter had nationals at Kansas University we were literally 12 minutes from there!! Communication with owner was fantastic! 10/10 recommend! Super cute apartment like home. Quiet neighborhood! It was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay at this home in Kansas!

This little cottage is adorable and if we'd had more time, we would've utilized the back porch which is cozy. It covered all our needs: comfy bed, good kitchen, everything was clean and tidy, and it was a beautiful location.The only thing we had to get accustomed to was the entry way, which has a box step into the living room and kitchen. It eats into the walking space which my husband slipped into one morning. He was fine but it's something to be aware of.Would we go back? Absolutely! And the host? Wonderful!! He's very accommodating and responsive.

This cottage was the perfect place for my stay in Lawrence. Convenient location in a quiet safe neighborhood. Its been nicely remodeled with a new kitchen and small but efficient bathroom. Also air conditioned by an effective and quiet mini split which was so important since it was hot and humid. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd time staying at the Cottage; just as great at the first time

This is my second time staying at the cottage (first time was in September 2022). Both times have been great!! Great Thanksgiving in Lawrence

I chose a VRBO property over a hotel so I’d have a full kitchen to help cook the family dinner. The kitchen had all the equipment and dishes I needed to prepare the food I was bringing and made it so nice to have extra oven and refrigerator for shared food. This is a cute and quaint cottage with everything you need for your stay. It was a bit cold inside so we bought a space heater to warm it up. All in all, a great value and nice space!
