This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is located at Bahia Mar, a great beachfront condominium complex located on South Padre Island, Tx!
Bahia Mar has resort style amenities including two (2) newly remodeled tropical pool areas, two (2) inviting hot tubs, two (2) tennis courts, private beach access, a playground for kids, and beachfront sundeck with seating to relax while listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze. This place has it all!!

Great location on the northern side of the island, walking distance to lots of local attractions including Sea Turtle Inc, and Claytons, the largest beach bar in Texas!

Bay Mar #679/681 is charming!
This two story condominium has plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children max).
The view from the condo is amazing, guests can stand on either the 2nd or third floor balconies to take in the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area offers ample seating for guests, and a flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you will need to make the perfect family meal!
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and offer guests a relaxing place to get some rest during their vacation.

The beach is within a 2 minute walk from the front door of the condo!

Peaceful right on the beach

We arrived a little earlier than the check in time and had no issues with them allowing us to check in early which was great. The condo had plenty of room for our large family, we really enjoy the convenience of beach access as well as the pool areas. We didn't have to worry about getting the car all sandy after enjoying the beach or the condo for that matter with the wash off statin. The beds were comfortable the living area had plenty of space for movie nights and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Its located in a good location you can walk to beach bar claytons, turtle inc and bird center wich were all great by the way. Gave 4 stars only because of the water pressure in the showers were very low, the shower up stairs had lukewarm water and the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes ( im guessing because of the lack of water pressure) so we had to wash them all by hand. Over all we all enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Unacceptable

The unit was fine. The major problem was that the a/c didn’t work properly. It was 83° inside the whole stay. When I submitted a maintenance request they kept telling me that it was working. I had my friends and family that were suffering in the heat. The property manager apparently has no control over the actual owners. I do not recommend staying here if you want a/c. The beach area was great and not crowded. Good luck!

Ac doesn’t work I don’t understand how can you rent this property knowing this maintenance came and said the room upstairs needs a new Minisplit we couldn’t use that room the ac o the lower level was terrible also so disappointed

Great Time and location!

Location was great to the beach and access to pools and amenities. Love the cleanliness of the unit and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is the ac to check for air flow and fans in the unit. With summer heat, the ac struggle to cool down the rooms at night.
