Kleine, gemütliche Maisonettewohnung

im DG eines aufwendig sanierten Stadthauses, hochwertig & geschmackvoll möbliert, gut ausgestattet & sehr sauber. Insbesondere die Küche bietet auf kleinem Raum gute Funktionalität. Bad & Schlafzimmer sind etwas beengt, jedoch gut geschnitten. Das in der Beschreibung genannte 2. Schlafzimmer ist tatsächlich eine Schlafempore im Spitzboden, die über eine geländerlose, steile Treppe gut erreichbar ist, mit kleinen Kindern eher schwierig. Schlafempore und Wohnraum bilden aufgrund fehlender baulicher Trennung eine Einheit. Bei dem beschriebenen 2. Badezimmer handelt es sich um eine Nische mit Waschbecken & Dusche auf der Schlafempore, auch in diesem Punkt ist die Beschreibung nicht korrekt. Zu 2. waren die fehlenden baulichen Trennungen für uns kein Problem. Der Wohnraum wird über 2 kleine Gaubenfenster belichtet. Den beschriebenen Meerblick hat man aus der Wohnung nur aus den Dachfenstern, ansonsten aber satt im benachbarten Hafen. Es gibt keinen nennenswerten Verkehrslärm. Die Dächer der Stadt sind allerdings bevölkert von Möwen, die in der Brutzeit Juli & August erheblichen Lärm machen, der bei offenem Fenster insbesondere in den Morgenstunden störend sein kann. Einzelhandel des täglichen Bedarf liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe sprichwörtlich in Hülle & Fülle, benfalls um die Ecke der Hafen mit Restaurantmeile am Kai. Kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze mit LIS für E-Fahrzeuge (deutsche RFID) sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in Wohnung & kommen gerne wieder!

Merci pour votre commentaire. L'appartement se situe au coeur du centre ville, entièrement rénové dans une maison de ville. La pièce principale est spacieuse et entièrement équipée par des prestations de qualité notamment une cuisine complète aménagée. Vous disposez de 2 fénêtres et non de lucarnes, et également dans la chambre parentale qui bénéficie d'une salle de bain. D'un lave-linge, d'un sèche-linge et d'un grand dressing. La chambre de l'étage est très grande puisqu'elle prend toute la superficie de l'appartement. Elle est sous-comble et se fait par un escalier sécurisé, avec 2 velux et d'une hauteur de 2m50. Vous dispsoez d'une seconde salle de bain pour un logement qui propose 2 chambres avec une douche de superficie normale et d'un lavabo. L'appartement se situe à moins de 50m de la mer et de tous les commerces de proximité. Nous espérons que vous avez passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement et à Douarnenez

Nieuw appartement

Supermooi appartement in douarnenez, parkeren voor de deur kan lastig zijn maar genoeg parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Alle apparatuur en meubels zijn nieuw. Heel leuk kookeiland. Handige stad om als uitvalbasis te hebben om naar quimper, de stranden en point du raz te gaan.
