The cottage is located at the exit of a pretty, friendly and lively Provençal village. On the heights, from its garden and its terrace there is a very beautiful view, the district is very quiet and a parking space is in front of the house. . From there you can do many randomnées and activities: climbing, tennis, municipal swimming pool, bicycle rental, horse riding. aquatic aqua park. Visits to the region: Avignon, Ventoux Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Isle sur Sorgues and many pretty villages. Provencal markets, visit of the wine-producing areas. To access the cottage, there is a small climb of about 20 meters which can annoy elderly or disabled people. (to see the photo).
From June 15 to September 28, 2019 reservation from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 250 euros in cash will be requested on the day of arrival. It will be returned on the day of departure after the inventory of the rental. Any damage or destruction will be assessed and deducted from the amount of the deposit.

Lovely holiday in Provence

We had a lovely holiday in a beautiful village, the gite itself was basic but perfectly adequate, the terrace was lovely and Simone and Tristan were excellent hosts. Thanks for a great holiday!

Petit gîte acceuillant et confortable

Simone est charmante, discrète et disponible avec un bon conseil quand nécessaire. Le gîte nous a très bien plu. Nous avons trouvé le site Abritel difficile à utiliser, et pas pour la première fois.

A fuir !

Amoureux de la tranquillité, fuyez. Une hôte digne d'une vraie caméra de surveillance. Le comportement d'une hôte irrespectueuse voire malsaine à terni notre séjour. Je rejoind certains commentaires sur le ménage qui n'est pas fait. Avancer 30€ de ménage obligatoire pour au final demander aux vacanciers de tout faire avant le départ c'est littéralement se moquer du monde

Désolée que vous n’avez pas apprécié votre séjour a l’inverse de tous les autres voyageurs. Vous aimiez cependant la piscine et les transats…quant au ménage il était très bien fait à votre arrivée mais pour votre départ merci de m’avoir laissé l’évier bouché avec du riz et la poubelle pleine de vers. C’est vous qui êtes malsain.

Séjour Vaucluse

Accueil sympathique par "Simone" qui a une bonne connaissance de la région. Location bien située pour visiter la région du Ventoux et d'Avignon. Endroit calme situé à quelques minutes à pied des commerces. Location idéale pour 2 personnes avec un bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Bon séjour chez Simone, propriétaire sympathique et serviable. La location est simple, calme, idéale pour 2 personnes. La piscine récemment installée est petite mais bien appréciée. L'intérieur mériterait quelque rafraichissement (canapé près de la porte, fauteuils d'extérieurs) mais le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant. Bonne adresse pour sillonner cette belle région.

Je ne renouvelle repas

Appartement vieillot, tout est dépareillé, Mobilier et vaisselle. Le ménage laisse grandement à désirerLe linge de maison fourni par la propriétaire était loin d’être nickel. Nous avons laissé l’appartement beaucoup plus propre que nous ne l’avons trouvé .Nous nous interrogeons sur le choix d’Abritel,Pour sélectionner ses hébergements

Merci pour le commentaire sympa!!! Je suis très étonnée de votre commentaire ayant échangé tous les jours sur les lieux touristiques et autres. L’appartement n’est pas contemporain mais provençal simple,le site est calme avec une jolie vue panoramique ,et vous avez profité d’une jolie piscine devant votre terrasse. Le linge de maison est propre , lavé à 60°même s’il reste une tache indélébile dessus. Vous avez trouvé un appartement propre sans émettre aucune réclamation.Le tarif De 60€ la nuit est trés raisonnable.

Schöne Tage in Beaumes-de-Venise

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der einfachen, aber sehr netten und sauberen Wohnung genossen. Die Zimmer, insbesondere die Küche und auch der Außenbereich sind gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Agréable et Bon emplacement

A trois pour 5 jours dans la région, cette location est confortable et pleine de charme avec sa terrasse extérieure ombragée. Simone est très gentille et de bons conseils pour visiter le coin ! Le village et tous les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied, super pratique.

belle vacanze

ottima posizione, proprietaria gentile, vive vicino ma non si sente la sua presenza ma in caso di bisogno si può fare riferimento a lei. Casa fresca d'estate, piacevole mangiare nel piccolo giardino, posteggio sicuro davanti a casa. La zona è splendida per mille attività, per noi bicicletta e canoa.

Beaumes-de-Venise is a good base for Rhone wine villages

Landlady is pleasant. Terrace is the best part of the property. Apartment itself met our needs, but is somewhat basic - don't expect any luxury items here.

Je pense que ces voyageurs devraient séjourner en hôtel 5***** vu leur standing et leurs bagages Wuiton.ils paraissaient enchantés et ne se sont plainds de rien et le comble m'ont laissé un pourboire!!!

location agréable avec terrasse fleurie

La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité tant au niveau du confort que de l'équipement. La propriétaire est attentive aux besoins du locataire et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Adossé à une falaise, l'appartement a une fraicheur naturelle et est bien décoré. L'endroit est particulièrement calme ; belle vue de la terrasse sur les vignes de Beaumes de Venise .
