About this property

Three cabins with extensive history and modern amenities, located in New Braunfels, TX. Sleeps max of 12 people: 6 individual bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Beautifully decorated with comfort set as a priority.
Set on 12 acres of rustic Texas Hill Country land with an additional 78 leading directly to the Guadalupe River (easy hike or drive - approx a mile, cutting through our property). The river provides the opportunity for floating, relaxing, partying, fishing, working... the possibilities are endless.
(Summers book fast, so plan early - NOTE: we prefer the Texas Hill Country in Spring & Fall when it's not so hot!)

2) with a total of 90 acres, there is always work being done on the property (but should never interfere with your visit),

Hill Country Getaway!

Magnificent!

I can't say enough about this place! This was our 2nd visit and we have already booked our next trip. Our last visit was in summertime, but this trip was spring, and the landscaping was phenomenal! We spent more time at the cabins this trip just soaking up its beauty. Can't wait to be back in July again. The owners are the best ever! You won't regret booking this magnificent slice of heaven.

Company Planning Session

Our team's strategic planning session at Camp Milagro was an exceptional experience, proving to be the ideal setting for both work and relaxation. The layout of the cabins was perfectly suited for our group of six, providing each of us with our own personal space while still fostering a sense of togetherness. Despite the rain during our two-day planning session, the charm of Camp Milagro shone through. We had the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the surroundings, including a serene walk down to the river and a visit to the iconic cross. The weather did not dampen our spirits or disrupt our activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the self-sufficiency the property offered. We brought enough food for the week and found no need to leave the grounds. This convenience allowed us to focus entirely on our planning objectives without any outside distractions. The attention to detail in the cabins and throughout the property was remarkable. The unique touches added by the owners created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and inspiring. It's evident that a lot of love and care has been invested into making Camp Milagro a special place. The culmination of our retreat was a memorable evening around the fire pit. As the rain ceased, we were treated to stunning views, which provided a perfect backdrop for reflection and camaraderie. We are native Houstonians, looking to retire in the Texas Hill Country. God has blessed us with the opportunity to purchase this property and be able to share it with others. We live on the attached 78 acres along the river. There are caretakers (and us) who are available if anything is needed.

Why they chose this property

When we came across the gem, we wanted others to see the greatness of the cabins & surrounding property. Once purchased, we discovered ALL the work needed to make it available. After much time, money & effort, we are honored to share Camp Milagro.

What makes this property unique

Photos nor words are able to describe the majesty of the 12 acres and 3 one-of-a-kind, cabins. This is far from your typical rental, this is an 'experience'. Located on a hill, the views are a great way to start (or end) your day. When preparing the cabins, details were the most important. Quality, comfort and much thought were put into each aspect: from the decor, to the mattresses, to the coffee cups - we have tried to think of everything. If we're missing something, its probably on our 'To Do' list or we're waiting to find the PERFECT piece.

We have guests return each year and excited for them to find new upgrades and additional features. Many times, we have groups stay and then one will return with a different group (friends or family & vice versa), because they want to share Camp Milagro.

As hosts, we give guests plenty of privacy and space to enjoy themselves. As introductions are made, questions answered, stories told - we now have many new friends that return yearly.

Finally, although summer is our most popular time, we encourage year-round stays. We believe Camp Milagro is much better when you're truly able to enjoy the outdoors (or the grand fireplaces or just sitting around the fire pit).
