Exceptional situation. In the old town of Figueres, in a little square next to the shopping area in the town hall square and just 2 minutes from the Dalí Museum.
Comprising lounge, kitchen, double bedroom and two bathrooms. It is located on the third floor of a new building. Elevator.

30th Anniversary Holiday

Location was perfect! Two minutes to the Dali Museum … lots of good restaurants out the front door and within walking distance … incredible terrace with beautiful tree providing shade on the terrace in the afternoon … Beds very comfortable in the 2nd floor bedroom. Joan was an attentive and helpful host.

We enjoyed our stay and all was good! Loved the balcony. Great location but beware though that it is near a church and they ring the bells all night - bring ear plugs! Ha ha

Great apartment in central location

We loved this apartment. Excellent for 2 people. Well equipped, modern, clean and great terrace. We were met by Joan and he did everything to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. Very central location but sitting on the terrace looking at the top of the lovely tree was very relaxing. Very close to bars, restaurants, shops and the Salvador Dali Museum. Lots of beautiful coastal resorts nearby to explore and Barcelona less than an hour by train. Would definitely recommend this property and thank Joan and Christina for their hospitality.

Appartement duplex parfait, tres bien situé dans le quartier historique. Une belle exposition ensoleillée. 2 terrasses avec vue sur les toits de la ville pour prendre vos repas ou simplement vous détendre.Excellent accueil par Joan. Fantastic

Wonderful apartment with a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Very clean. Steps away from the Dali Museum and tapas, sushi and shisha bars. Close to shopping & great bakeries. Everything is very walkable. Cristina was so friendly and very accommodating. Hopefully we will be able to come back again and stay here.

Great VIsit

Joan was great to work with, met us to unlock the unit and show us parking, maps and eating suggestions. Because there were restaurants nearby, it was a bit noisy until they closed, but we still loved the location and the property! We would certainly recommend staying in this spacious home.

An Excellent Base

This property proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Catalunya. The parking is near enough to the apartment to easily transport cases. The apartment itself has all the facilities one would need. We were not disturbed by noise of any kind and the builders working opposite (not told about this prior by either owner or Home and Away) didn’t start too early! Security is good. The terraces could be upgraded with more comfortable seating perhaps and better pots/planting although we were out more than in of course. Downstairs bathroom did have a bit of a smell coming from the drains which would annoy if staying longer. All in all though really enjoyed it and would come back.

Amazing apartment with Excellent location

I had researched this apartment over a year ago and booked it 7 months ago to assure I had it. The entire facility, kitchen area, living space, and bedroom were all pleasant spacious. The washer and dishwasher worked perfectly and the sun off the bedroom deck dried the clothes within a couple hours. The balcony deck off the living space was our refuge in the evenings/nights for cool breezes, home dinners, and relaxing wine/conversation and viewing the moon, stars, and diners at plaza restaurants. The location--many good restaurants, bars, charcuteries, groceries, bakeries--all within 50 feet to 200 yards. My expectations were high, yet La Placeta exceeded them in every way. Appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du musée en zone piétonnière donc calme mais tout près des multiples activités touristiques. Qui plus est, l'appartement est d'une propreté impeccable, TRES confortable et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée. Merci à Joan pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Piso bonito, moderno, y centrico

El piso de Joan se encuentra en una plaza en el casco antiguo de Figueres, rodeado por bares y restaurantes, y 3 minutos andando desde el Museo Dalí. Nos encantó el piso, es muy moderno con aire acondicionado en 2 espacios (realmente se agradece el aire en la habitación arriba porque se calienta muy rápido). Las terrazas son una maravilla para desayunar por la mañana y tomar una copa de vino por la tarde. Cuando cierras las ventanas no se escucha nada de afuera. Joan es un anfitrión muy atento con mucha atención a detalle, y nos sentimos muy en casa. Muy recomendable!

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffee. Auf dem Bett lagen wir sehr gut, es gab sogar einzelne Kissen. Der Vermieter war freundlich und zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung geht auf die Südseite, man kann schön unter der Markise auf der Terrasse sitzen. In der Wohnung wird es heiß, es gibt aber eine sehr gute Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt auf einem lebhaften Platz. Der Stellplatz für das Auto kostet extra.
