Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and sauna

Our project to renovate the old Deux Alpes primary school and transform it into a chalet started in 2017. The original building was divided into two adjoining chalets, with each addition of extensions on the ground floor (welcoming garage, living room, sauna and swimming pool) in order to create additional space and comfort for our guests..

Feb Half Term

Rented by three families for the Feb half term. Good communication from owner. Very easy check in/out. Chalet is in a great location - right by Champame and Belle Etoille lifts making it easy to get to ski schools or up the mountain avoiding Jandri within 50 metres. Supermarket and ski rental within 100m and bakery next door. Pool is brilliant and bigger than it looks in the pictures. Garage/ski room/ game room is really big - 13 people can get ready at the same time! It took 25 mins for family with kids to walk to a restaurant at the other end of town by Diable so really easy to get around by bus or foot. Only thing to note is that one of the mezzanines is a vertical ladder to climb up so only for agile kids or adults - but not a problem for us - mezzanine beds all full size and could be slept in by adults.

Nice and comfortable Chalet near the slopes

We had very good skiing week. Great comfortable chalet near the lifts. Great ski resort with very good off piste opportunities. Nice Apres Ski at Le Diable au coeur. Unfortunately La Grave was closed.

Nice and beautiful place. Suitable for families with children

This property is very clean and well maintained. Well equipped. Its location is wonderful central but still maintains privacy. Unfortunately, there is no view from the house itself, but a few steps away and the view will be revealed to your eyes. The pool itself is not really heated but the pool room is warm and cozy so it was not a problem and the pool itself is large. The rooms are a little smaller than expected. Towels are not included in the price. Due to a malfunction the first night we did not receive towels and to the praise of the owner of the property he will say that as compensation he did not charge a fee at all for the towels. I will definitely go back there as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Un trĂšs beau chalet neuf et bien entretenu avec toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires pour passer une bon sĂ©jour en famille. La piscine est un vrai plus et son accĂšs est sĂ©curisĂ©e par une porte dĂ©verrouillable par code. Note pour les enfants, la piscine est profonde Ă  1m50 sans pente, la surveillance d’un adulte est donc indispensable

New and warm place

Great facilities. Sauna was nice, pool with different light colors. House was pleasantly warm because of the floor heating. Great place to stay with friends and 3 minutes walking for first ski elevator. Only small suggestions for improvement: dimmable lights and remove the table's cover.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine en famille, de 5 ans Ă  79 ans. GĂźte trĂšs agrĂ©able, avec une vaste cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, une piscine intĂ©rieure et un sauna trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s en retour de balade. Le gĂźte est au calme, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des remontĂ©es du ChampaumĂ© et des commerces de la station. Le gĂźte est adaptĂ© aux chiens mĂȘme s'il n'est pas clos car les dĂ©parts de balades sont proches. Les prestations sont de belles qualitĂ©s.

Easter Ski Trip

The property was amazing, it was very spacious and light inside with plenty of space when you enter the property for your coats and shoes plus the garage for all ski's, boots etc. The pool and sauna were an absolute game changer in terms of coming back from the slopes and just having an hour in there to relax and chill which certainly helped the aches and pains from skiing. The kids most definitely thought this was the best part of the chalet lol. We would definitely recommend this for a large group of friends or family as the position was great as the bus went straight passed and also you had chair lifts just 100 metres from the chalet.
