This beautiful modern house benefits from a large bright living room, open to a large terrace of 80 m2, ideal for meals with family or friends (parasol, outdoor lounge composed of benches with cushions, plancha).
The house has a very well equipped American kitchen with a small bar, and stools, which separates the kitchen from the dining-living area. There are 4 large bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Most rooms overlook a large terrace located at the back of the house (deckchairs).
Decorated with great taste, this house is very well located, CLOSE to the market and the ocean (ocean avenue).
Everything can be done on foot! It is design, functional and easy to live, perfect for your holidays in Cap Ferret, summer and winter!

Maison très facile et pratique

Maison très facile et pratique pour des vacances avec enfants (4 dans notre cas). Qu’il pleuve ou qu’il fasse beau. Tes bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Wifi efficace. En plein Centre du Cap Ferret avec tout à proximité immédiate. Donne directement sur l’avenue de l’océan, qui est assez passante.
