A little over a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, with shops, souvenirs, and several restaurants and The Hang Out. It has deeded beach access right across the street, a outdoor pool and gazebo area. There are picnic tables to enjoy with your guests or to make new friends in the center of the property.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen tv, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features bunk bed. Double on the bottom, twin on top, with a twin trundle, pull out. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination accessible from the hall.
Seating for 4 at the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen welcome you to hang out and share your beach stories of the day. The unit also has a stack washer / dryer for your convenience.
This property is well maintained. Location is family oriented with all the best Gulf Shores has to offer.
You are able to park two vehicles on premises, no parking pass needed. The parking spots are directly under the building and marked.
