One of the best places I’ve stayed in, just 10 minutes away from the beach. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, close to restaurants. The host is very friendly and always available. I’ll definitely come back!

The apartment meets all the needs for a comfortable stay. Rui is amazing and is always available to assist when needed. When the AC had issues he had a new one installed within days. The area has many dining options and the beach which is breathtakingly beautiful is only a couple of minutes away on foot.

4 Wochen im Frühjahr

Die Wohnung ist soweit OK, eine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts ist nicht inbegriffen, könnte aber nachgebucht werden.Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Aufzug, der aber nur wenig gestört hat, und ist in Bad und WC etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Zum Falesia-Strand unterhalb der Steilküste sind es ca. 500m. Nach Osten kann man auf der Steilküste oder am Strand kilometerweit wandern.Nach Westen geht es nur am Strand, weil ein riesiges Hotelgrundstück den Weg versperrt. Auch einige andere Ferienanlagen liegen im Landesinneren im Weg.Ca. 150m von der Wohnung entfernt befinden sich diverse Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt.Mit einem Mietwagen hatten wir eine gute Bewegungsfreiheit, um die Schönheiten der Algarve zu erkunden.

O apartamento está situado mesmo à entrada do condomínio, com acesso direto às piscinas e bar. Totalmente equipado para uma família, com materiais de excelente qualidade e estado de conservação. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível e acessível, intervindo de imediato. A Falésia continua a ser um quase segredo do Algarve, sempre uma excelente opção para umas férias ou um fim de semana prolongado. Está tudo à mão, e o caminho para a praia faz-se em 5 minutos. A regressar!

Excelente perto da praia e no meio dos pinheiros

O apartamento está localizado num condominio muito bonito, cheio de pinheiros que se vêm da varanda enquanto come lá fora. Tem uma piscina mesmo à porta, um bar na piscina e muitos espaços verdes. O ambiente é calmo e silencioso. O interior é muito confortável e espaçoso. A cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar, incluindo alguns ingredientes como azeite, sal, especiarias, mel... Muito bem guarnecido de roupa de cama e banho. A praia da falésia fica a 2 minutos de carro, 10 minutos a pé. Há cafés, restaurantes, supermercado e lojas mesmo ao lado do condominio, onde se pode ir a pé. O anfitrião foi muito prestável e atencioso. Gostámos muito e esperamos voltar sempre que possível. Estadia muito agradável neste apartamento que se encontra bem localizado, junto a todas as amenities necessárias em férias. O apartamento encontrava-se limpo e bem equipado. Tem uma varanda agradável e apesar de ser piso térreo, corresponde para trás a um 1º andar. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo proprietário que se encontra sempre disponível à distância de uma mensagem de whatsapp, respondida prontamente. Recomendo vivamente.

Fomos em família e adorámos! O apartamento é muito bem localizado e espaçoso. A varanda é ideal para as refeições (tem bastante privacidade). A wonderful stay

We have just spent 3 months [April-July] in this lovely spacious apartment - birdsong on the balcony, well maintained urbanisation complex and the very friendly host, Rui, made sure it was well equipped and communicated with us throughout our stay [even providing bicycles for our use]. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the stunning beach of Praia de Falesia which has a snack bar at the top of the steps, and 2 minutes walk to a lovely centre containing Gelato/restaurants, supermarket, bars, shops - only 4 minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to surrounding areas and Albufeira. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thanks Rui, hope to see you again next year.

The unit is very nice. It is large, and having two bathrooms was nice. We had some issues with the overhead lights, but they were fixed while we there with no inconvenience to us. The balcony is a plus, and the unit is very close to the pool. It is about a 5 to minute walk to the beach, but the beach is very nice.

The owner of the property has withhold our deposit for unnecessary means and is failing to communicate with us on returning it! Very disappointed with our stay here. Would NOT recommend unless your happy to lose your deposit for no reason!!

O apartamento é óptimo, tem excelentes áreas e todas as comodidades. Fica mesmo em frente à piscina, cuja área está sempre limpa e cuidada. Regras da piscina e zona envolventes são demasiado restritivas para crianças- não pode haver boias nem bolas na água nem se pode saltar para a piscina nem jogar à bola mesmo na zona relvada envolvente. Muito sossegado.
