This charming apartment is located in the new luxury residence Le Tropiclub with swimming pool (14m x 6m), sea view at L'Ermitage les Bains, not far from Saint-Gilles, on Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean.
The Escale Tropicale apartment is equipped for 4 people, with a charming atmosphere and a unique character. You are only 4 minutes walk from the lagoon.
The apartment, fully air conditioned, is equipped with a living room (TV, WIFI) open to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge with ice dispenser, espresso machine, microwave, electric kettle, vitro hob -céramiques ...). It has 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed 160 and 1 double 140), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC (access for people with reduced mobility possible PRM).
Outside, you can enjoy its terrace with dining table and sofa overlooking the sea and the magnificent sunset.
Facing the sea and quiet, you will intensely enjoy your vacation. The apartment is also ideal for business trips, and offers an alternative to the hotel: what could be better than feeling at home.

Logement exceptionnel.

Super contact avec le propriétaire. Appartement à la déco parfaite, idéalement situé avec vue sur l’océan dans une résidence incroyablement calme et verdoyante. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Séjour plus que plaisant !

Une location correspondante à la description et aux photos. Logement très bien équipé, avec une jolie décoration et une petite vue sur le lagon. Des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et à l'écoute! Un emplacement où l'on peut tout faire à pied ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location !
