About this property

The Blue Heron - 1609 Snapper Lane

This house is modern and very clean. Construction was completed in September 2007. The decor is bright and cheerful...perfect for putting one in vacation mode. The warm, cozy atmosphere makes relaxing and unwinding a must.

It has a covered porch to sit on and enjoy the warm nights. It is built on stilts and allows parking for 2-3 cars. Note that Ocean Lakes charges a car pass fee per night per car. However, motorcycles are only allowed as far as a parking lot up front. You cannot park them at house. Short walk from lot to house. I have no control over this. A private outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. It is the perfect vacation spot for couples or small families. I do require a minimum age of 25 to rent. Stated rate is for up to 4 guests. An additional charge of $10/night will apply for the 5th or 6th person. FYI - outside security cameras are in use at this property.

The House is 2 blocks back from the Ocean which is a short walk or golf cart ride. Golf carts are available for rent onsite at Ocean Lakes.

Love the home! Was perfect for mine and my husband vacation! We enjoyed the time we had at the house, especially since we got stuck sometimes due to the weather. (Which was completely fine) we enjoyed being able to grill out and relax in the outdoor area, while as being able to just sit on the porch and read. Will for sure be booking this place again and would highly recommend this place! Host was also very friendly and easy to get ahold of with any issues that occurred. Again we can’t wait to book again!

We had another wonderful stay at Charles' property and truly can’t recommend it highly enough. This was our 4th or 5th time staying here with our children, which probably says everything you need to know about how much we love it. The home is consistently spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. The location is fantastic, the home and all of the amenities are exactly as described, and every stay has felt relaxing and seamless from start to finish. Our kids always have the best time here, and it has become a place our family genuinely looks forward to returning to year after year.Charles is thoughtful, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in creating a great guest experience. It was an outstanding stay. House was really clean and had everything we needed for us.Girls enjoyed the bunk bed, my husband enjoyed relaxing coffee time in the morning at the porch, I personally really liked how quiet the whole street was at night. Will definitely go back for sure!!
