Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego's North County! Moonlight Beach offers everything, a huge white sand beach, great swimming, surfing, beach volleyball, snack bar, playground.
This home is in downtown Encinitas, a gorgeous upscale beach town with fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. Located just 15 minutes from Legoland, both high end shopping and factory outlet shopping, golf courses, the famous La Costa/Omni Spa, this home has it all.
The home is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully curated with comfortable furniture, a large kitchen, private grass backyard.
Possible monthly rental (not during the summer for June-August) for $13,500/month. Contact me for more information.
