Original Summer House near the beach

Summer house in the Costa Dorada, in hinterland, a few kilometers from the sea and well connected to the main attractions in the area. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Recommended for couples or families with children. The house consists of a single space (Sort of Loft) divided into two heights and a single bathroom. There are no locked rooms so privacy is limited. The house was built in the 90s as an independent home within an architectural complex declared of Cultural Interest, belonging to the same owner. The use of traditional materials and care, the games of light, the setting and the views, make this house a unique space very personal and completely differentiated from other offers nearby. The space is divided into two large floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, a living room equipped with two single beds and bathroom. On the upper floor, another space with double bed and sitting area and fireplace. The rooftop is conditioned with a pleasant pergola. The frame is rustic and the equipment is simple but sufficient to offer a pleasant stay. It is a perfect setting to enjoy a quiet environment but at the same time well connected with the beach. The rental entitles the use of a private pool shared with another house that is rented on the same property.

Casa con mucha solera y encanto en entorno tranquilo, pero al lado de todo lo necesario

Hemos estado una semana y la experiencia ha sido buena. La casa, parte de una masía antigua, tiene mucho encanto; está metida en la roca y te transporta a otras épocas. A destacar, como aspecto negativo, que la limpieza podría haber estado más cuidada, había mucho polvo acumulado y la electricidad es un poco precaria, los enchufes están un poco sueltos y faltaría algo más de iluminación, pero por lo demás, es perfecto. Hay una piscina con una ducha en una casita muy agradable. Lo mejor es que si buscas tranquilidad, está fuera de la zona de playas, más bulliciosa, pero a tan solo 4 o 5 kilómetros de Altafulla y a 8 de Tarragona. Hay un supermercado grande a unos minutos en coche, donde se puede comprar de todo, y el pueblo de al lado, La Riera de Gaià, restaurantes, panaderías y alguna tienda de productos catalanes buenos. Irene y su padre Ferrán estuvieron pendientes en todo momento y fueron unos buenos anfitriones, debido a unas obras que el ayuntamiento hizo al lado de la casa, a pesar de haberse comprometido a no realizarlas en esta época, que nos causó ruidos a horas tempranas, se disculparon y nos ofrecieron alargar un día más la estancia, gratuitamente, a modo de compensación; fue todo un detalle.

Ruhe pur!

Also wer Ruhe, Ruhe und nochmals Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen uns sowas von entspannt, dass jeder Urlaubstag einen doppelten Erholungsfaktor hatte. Trotzdem ist das Haus nicht weit vom Schuss. Zu den Stränden (Naturstrand in Torredembarra) sind es ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Auch zwei Supermärkte (Mercadona und Eroski) sind in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der kleine Ort La Riera (ca. 1000 Meter entfernt) bietet eine Bank, Apotheke, kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Kneipe etc. Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich!
