This 1870s farmhouse is conveniently located near shops, golf and beautiful Crescent Beach. They are three bedrooms, two full baths, full dining room, living room with flat-screen TV, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, dining deck, outdoor shower and gunite pool with safety fence. The finished basement suite has a separate entrance which opens out to the pool, surrounded by lovingly landscaped gardens and a brick patio grilling area.
