Grant Bungalow is a 1930 Sears Kit house that was brought down the river on a barge and assembled. I purchased from the original owner who's family were in the fishing industry. The Bungalow is 15 mins to downtown Historic Melbourne and 20 mins to the beach. Close to numerous riverfront restaurants.
