A lovely property in a great position. My only critique would be that they asked for a €500 cash deposit on arrival and weren't prepared to give a receipt, a form of receipt was agreed on by us both signing a contract I had with me. The deposit was returned on leaving , it was not mentioned in the ad about cash and how much.

Très bel appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut et d'une propreté imbattable Merci à Madame BELLABAS pour son accueil chaleureux.Très bien situé (à 2 minutes de la plage) et calme.Le parking est un plus surtout en haute saison où les places extérieures doivent être rares.Seul petit bémol : le chauffage un peu juste à notre goût. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons précieusement cette adresse pour un prochain séjour à Cabourg.Merci également pour le petit présent à l'arrivée

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. Nous avons profité de la terrasse tous les soirs . La plage est à 50 m et la facilité du parking, un Lidel à proximité .Un très bel accueil et une petite attention des propriétaires qui fait tout plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et peut-être à une prochaine fois 😊

Appartement très agréable. Nous n'avions pas comme souhait de déjeuner ou diner dans l'appartement et donc d'utiliser les appareils ménager. Grand bien nous en fasse car les propriétaires sont d'une maniaquerie tellement extrême que nous pensons qu'il est préférable d'utiliser cette location que pour dormir et si possible utiliser les toilettes à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Une liste de contrainte de nettoyage nous a été transmise pas la propriétaire complétement incroyable (éponge avec grattoir ou sans grattoir selon le type de matériel à nettoyer, produit x, y ou z à utiliser selon l'endroit et la zone à nettoyer et bien d'autres directives) Franchement exagéré. Sur la table de salle à manger un film plastic. Personnellement je déconseille, avec une demande de caution hors site abritel de 500 €. Je déconseille

Comme dans tous les domaines, il faut privilégier le préventif. Cela nous permet de garder un appartement le plus agréable possible pour chaque vacancier, comme vous l'avez fort justement remarqué. A titre d'information, à ce jour, aucune caution n'a jamais été encaissée.
