Historic Hideout - Unique Getaway in Amish Country with HOT TUB

Looking for a one of a kind place to make memories with your group? Look no further! Remodeled Historic Farmhouse built in the 1700's by early settlers of Paradise. Brought back to life with modern touches and conveniences - all located centrally between Intercourse, Paradise, Bird in Hand and Strasburg. We are also 45 minutes from Hershey Park! A truly unique place to stay that has tons of character! Right next door to our other listing called "Paradise Place"-Perfect for Family gatherings!

The Space:
Come stay in a part of Paradise History! This home was built back in the late 1700's and has since been a residence. We have turned it into a place for guests to come and stay to enjoy the area and the home. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home.

Its an old house with a lot of charm and character. Expect era correct doors and door handles, live wood beams and real stone walls all with modern touches like central air to bring it into the 21st century.

This home hosts four bedrooms with 5 queen beds and one sleeper sofa - One basement bedroom, with the remainder of the bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom on the main floor, with the other two bathrooms upstairs. All three bathrooms are full baths to accommodate guests. Entry to Kitchen and dining area is on main floor, with stairs up and down for bedroom areas.

Perfect for groups with plenty of room to gather inside and out, yet plenty of spaces to "get away" and have privacy.

This home may be old but it has new windows, updated air conditioning, a modern farmhouse kitchen, modern plumbing and electric, and everything necessary to host a group comfortably!

We are 45 minutes from Hershey park, and only 10 minutes from Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, and Cherry Crest adventure farm. So much to do so close!

This was a fantastic stay for our girl's weekend. Loved the hot tub, there were plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms, nice long dining table for playing games- everyone had a great time and enjoyed this cozy stay!

This is a great place! Centrally located to all of our local sightseeing needs. Plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub was spotless and kids enjoyed spending time hanging out in there. It is an old house but fixed up with many modern conveniences. Would definitely stay again!

Charmng old home with lovely backyard space and 3 updated bathrooms (which was a plus). The location was also convenient.However, upkeep and attention to details were lacking. From one shower that had no hot water (and was not addressed) and uncomfortable couches, to mildewy board games/musty basement and a moldy dishwasher, this proerty was an overall let down. The home has so much potential that it did not love up to.

The house was clean but outside patio and hot tub area needed some work. We cleaned the patio off when we got there so we could sit out there and after a couple of days we did ask if the hot tub could be cleaned and they came the next day and took care of it. Over all nice house just needs a little up keep.

Charming, beautiful, and spacious! Security camera wasn’t disclosed when booking nor the sewage plant across the road. Cleanliness was less than desirable. Soap scum in showers and sinks, dishwasher filled with mold, dust and dirt under couches and beds, opened bottles of sauce and syrup in the pantry, etc.

Very nice home just minutes away from Dutch Wonderland, Tanger and Rockvale Outlets and all of the other Lancaster attractions. The home was very clean and just as advertised in the listing. We definitely recommend staying at this home and look forward to renting it again in the future.
