On the 1st floor : a spacious bedroom of 15 m² with a double bed (160 cm) and a terrace (facing north). Shower room with toilet and washing machine. On the 2nd floor : nice living room opening onto a terrace with a glimpse of the sea. Sofa bed (140 cm) and a flat screen TV. Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 burners ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave) - Air-conditioning - Electric roller shutters - Awning - Underground lock-up garage n°39. Additional visitor's tax. Rated 3 stars
