Great place to spend time with the family and see the area. The house was spacious and we were glad to have plenty of towels for showers and swimming. The pool and hot tub were awesome and well cared for.

Overall, good place to stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. Lots of places to sleep and decent sized rooms. It was a wet weekend, so the house was pretty musty and seemed like it hadn’t been occupied for a little while. Otherwise, decent place that holds a lot of people.

We did have an issue on some cleaning . Brandon the host was right on it.This property could use some updating.Saying that, We would stay here all over again.The host Brandon is a great communicator .You would be very Happy if you stayed here.

When we arrived it smelled musty, the smell stayed in the house all weekend. Certain appliances need updated. Basement floor was wet. Pool heater semi-worked but the property manager did his best to accommidate us! It was a decent house, just need to get that smell out!

Rockbridge retreat was the PERFECT stay for our group of 12. It had the rare balance of space where everybody had room to spread out or huddle up, depending on what we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, the kitchen was well stocked (especially on the stainless steel cookware as we stay away from Teflon), the house was clean, and the location is a nice, quiet area. Ryan was quick and helpful in his responses and we wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place

Loved our stay. Very clean, host was always prompt with returning texts, and always asked if he could bring us anything. Pool was wonderful. Spacious kitchen area with everything we needed. Highly recommend a stay here. Wish we had stayed longer.
