Amazing week

We loved our time here. The property was great. Vacationing with teens can be tricky, but they were so pleased with the beautiful pool, quiet setting and campfires each night. We made great memories at the Rockbridge Retreat. We plan to stay here again.

The house was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. Extra kid friendly things in the basement to do when the rain came. Great location to the flea market and hiking.

Wonderful Home for Large Family Reunion

The house had six bedrooms with different sized beds, three full baths and two half-baths. The pool was the star. So much fun was had swimming. The kitchen was spacious with enough empty cabinets for our food storage. One of the glass shelves was missing, however, and Ryan was informed. There was a large laundry room, but no laundry soap, so bring your own. There are loads of beach towels.Ryan was always available and a great host

Felt like home

We had an amazing weekend. The lodge felt like home. Communication up to and during the stay was great. Everything was as described. It was roomy, yet cozy. Quiet, yet not too far from retail, shopping, and adventures. I loved the stay and will definitely put this at the top of my list for future stays!

Retired Ladies Annual Outing

We are a group of 12 individuals that take an annual trip to reconnect and reflect. Rockbridge Retreat was the perfect spot to us to do so. We enjoyed the amenities the house provided, especially the pool, outside table and chairs and the fire pit area. Ryan was super responsive to questions and even checked in to occasionally to see how our stay was. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed perfect weather while there that allowed plenty of outdoor time.

Long family weekend gathering

Our family enjoyed the house with large, well stocked kitchen and many bathrooms & bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the convenience to the highway and hiking trails. Many hours were spent outdoors behind the house around the beautiful pool, fire pit, hot tub and large dining table which were in a convenient layout. Great communication with owner and staff. We’ll be back!

Family celebration

This propery was very nice. The location was great. The owner was very attentive to our needs. I can't say enough about the house it was spacious enough room for everyone The amenities were great. It rained the whole time we were there but the indoor activities were enough. The gamertoom in the basement was really cool and all the bathrooms in the house were nice and up to date with great showers. The kitchen was to die for with everything you needed to prepare a great meal and nice big island where our family congregrated. It was nestled in a quiet wooded area that was so serene. I would definitely return for a stay. I got a thumbs up from all the family members for choosing this one .

Beautiful Home!

We had a great stay in Rockbridge! The home was actually nicer than the photos made it look. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to find some privacy. It was a great location for exploring the Hocking Hills area. Our only issues were the bees by the pool and the dirty pool and hot tub. The pool was cleaned up shortly after we arrived but the hot tub was green and dirty the whole time.

Great Service, just okay house

Brandon, the manager, is responsive, friendly, and efficient! He saved our trip. The pool was not clean, filters broken or something, and needs professional maintenance. Some of our family had problems with the smell and taste of the water, very sulfur like. House did have need of a good cleaning too. All a shame because Brandon really did all he could!

Loved our stay. Very clean, host was always prompt with returning texts, and always asked if he could bring us anything. Pool was wonderful. Spacious kitchen area with everything we needed. Highly recommend a stay here. Wish we had stayed longer.

Perfect Weather for the Pool

The pool was a total hit! The big and little kids were in the pool for 5 hours everyday, getting out to eat, go potty, and hike each morning with Grandma and Grandpa! (You have to hike when in the Hocking Hills). Everyone was comfortable in their self selected sleeping quarters and the many bathrooms proved quite helpful too!

Great location in an area with other homes. We liked that the house was secluded in a wooded area allowing privacy for our family.The pool was the highlight of our family vacation. Great time for the kids and adults. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. No one complained, so I’m assuming everyone else was just as comfortable. We liked that we felt secluded but still had the convenience of being close to stores, gas stations, and hiking trails. Honestly we spent most of our time at the house just enjoying family with games during the day and a fire and s’mores at night. The property manager Brandon was great. Very quick in responding to our needs. Overall we had an exceptionally great time.Thanks for a great vacationLinda
