Annex to the "Gîte de Russé", spacious and bright, with a surface area of 80 m2, on the upper floor of a large longère. independent access by a small private courtyard.
Ideally located for your excursions in the vineyards, and the visits of castles.
The accommodation includes 2 independent bedrooms, a beautiful living space of 35 m2 with American kitchen, living room and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation was entirely created in the old attic of a farmhouse, flooded with light with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

very convenient apartment to discover the Loire region. Just bring you own basic kitchen utensils, they ar a bit poor. Kitchen itself is perfect.

Magnifique gîte avec une déco très soignée, au calme à la campagne, même le coq ne nous réveille pas ! Saumur accessible en 15 min en voiture, les pistes vélo sont nombreuses. Agréable séjour. Je recommande

Agréable séjour à proximité de Saumur et Chinon

Le "grenier" est très confortable et pratique pour une famille avec ados. Les espaces sont bien pensés, soignés et totalement indépendants. La déco est très sympa. Les enfants ont adoré les biquettes et poules!

Une semaine agréable

Le logement correspond a la description, entièrement refait Logement bien situé pour visiter les alentours Le point négatif a relever est le manque de vaisselle, bols et assiettes ébréchés, pas de poêle et le gril extérieur n'était pas utilisable (rouille).

Die in einem alten Bauernhaus im Obergeschoss liegende Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung und ist durch ihre vielen Dachfenster sehr hell. Sie liegt ca. 2km von Allonnes entfernt am Rande einer kleinen Häuseransammlung mitten in den Feldern. Es ist herrlich ruhig.Was störte war die teils sehr überschaubare Küchenausstattung und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Es gab keine Weingläser, obwohl man mitten in einer Weinregion ist und Pfannen fehlten auch.Das WLAN funktionierte nicht und auf Mails wurde uns nicht geantwortet. Eine belgische Familie, die in der unteren Wohnung wohnte hatte das gleiche Problem und auch kein Glück.

Spacious, light and airy

The property is spacious, light and airy and well appointed. It is in a quiet location with lovely views. It’s position close to Saumur and many other points of interest in the Loire Valley makes it an ideal centre for anyone looking to tour the area. We hope to return again in the future.

Logement situé sous les toits, calme, joliment rénové et décoré.En revanche, la communication des informations nécessaires à l’arrivée, notamment concernant la remise des clés, aurait pu être plus proactive de la part des propriétaires.Le logement propose le wifi parmi ses équipements, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème, la seule réponse obtenue a été : « personne ne s’est jamais plaint », ce qui n’est pas très satisfaisant.Par ailleurs, pour un hébergement censé accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, la vaisselle est insuffisante et il n’y avait même pas de poêle, malgré la présence d’un lave-vaisselle.Une surprise supplémentaire au matin, la cafetière est entartrée et dans l'obligation de faire un café à l'ancienne soit une filtration manuelle avec l'aide de la bouilloire. Enfin, en période de fortes chaleurs, la mise à disposition de ventilateurs serait grandement appréciée.

Gîte très agréable

Gîte neuf et bien équipé. Nous étions un adulte et 2 enfants mais ce gîte est idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants (ou deux couples). Les propriétaire sont très sympathiques et nous ont conseillés pour les visites et les restaurants. Plusieurs circuits vélo autour du gîte. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour.

Gite très plaisant

La rénovation de cette ancienne ferme donne tout le confort moderne voulu. C'est spacieux, très calme, et on est assez vite aux commerces. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement aimables et accueillants. La présence des poules et des 2 chèvres ajoute une touche sympathique, en particulier séduisante pour les enfants... Une famille rouennaise.

Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden. Die Kombination des alten Bauernhauses mit sehr moderner Einrichtung ist gelungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr comfortabel. Kurz: ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen in einer schönen Umgebung. L'appartement est très confortable. Bref: un endroit pour se sentir bien dans un bel environnement.
