About this property

Huge, spacious beach-front house with unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean -including the Nubble Light House. Windows, windows, windows! Watch the sun and moon rise and set over the water. Large deck above garage extending from exceptionally large, airy sitting area. Open space first floor with living room and kitchen. View of ocean from every room but one (back den). Have fun on the beach, take a walk up and down Long Beach Rd., get some delicious seafood and "famous" Dunne's ice cream, and at the end of the day let the waves lull you to sleep. Close to Short Sands Beach and many little beachy shops, restaurants, gift shops, an old fashioned soda shop with big taffy pulls in display, an arcade and basketball courts. Alternatively, visit the Wiggly Bridge, see local artists' work or visit Kittery or Portsmouth, NH. Our house is easy to get to and situated where you avoid lots of traffic coming and going. Plenty of parking. To quote a recent guest: "Exceeds expectations!"

Great property and great host

The property speaks for itself, but I was quite pleased with the host's communication and genuine interest in making sure the stay was both accommodating and that we had anything we needed. Excellent place to stay directly across from the beach and again the host was the best.

Perfect beach house

This was a total dream beach house for me due to the location - the panoramic ocean views really can’t be beat! The proximity to Long Sands Beach made for some great beach days. The house was somehow even more spacious than I expected and was just perfect for our group of 8 that spanned 3 generations (3 adult couples and 2 small children). It was hard to leave and we hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful views and perfect location!

Ocean views from the house can’t be beat - takes your breath away! Literally walk across the street to a long beautiful beach with tide pools at low tide that are great for the kids. Nice walk along the shore with lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream places nearby. So much to do in town. We had a great time.
