500 metres from the beach, this Hoomy house invites you to come and share holidays with family or friends. In a modern and welcoming atmosphere, share convivial moments in a small group. The house has two bedrooms, a bright living room and a fully equipped independent kitchen to prepare meals out of sight for more surprises! Enjoy the garden to relax, sunbathe, play... the good moments long awaited during holidays! You are ideally located between the Remblais of Notre-Dame and its town centre (900m) where you will find all its small shops, markets and restaurants offering good local products. We invite you to come and discover the Pays de Monts and more particularly Notre-Dame-de-Monts, a lovely town on our Coast of Light. Thanks to an ideal location, you can easily explore the Vendée coast: less than 15 minutes by car to reach Saint-Jean-de-Monts and 20 minutes to Noirmoutier Island, revealing the Passage du Gois where you can practice shore fishing.

Set off on an adventure along the numerous cycle paths through pine forests or family-themed trails to admire the natural environment of Notre-Dame-de-Monts, which is home to a protected territory. A dynamic town, with many organised events, including the "La DĂ©ferlante" festival featuring quality street performances, or the "A tout vent" festival: kite enthusiasts will be delighted! Don't forget to visit the Remblais for the sunset, a magnificent spectacle awaits you...

Calme et agréable...

Location pour 4 à 6 pers...nous n étions que deux...le canapé du salon était pour deux,que deux chaises longues,,par contre une table de salle à manger pour 10... La table extérieure était pour 4.... Je pense qu il faut juste rajuster,les équipements pour le nombre de personnes.sinon trÚs agréable séjour à deux.

Une maison confortable pour 4 personnes maximum

L'accueil de Paula, notre concierge, le calme du quartier, la situation de la maison en bout de voie sans issue, la plage à 10mn à pied, la pinÚde en face de la location, le centre-ville ville à 10 mn à pied également, tous ces points ont concouru à rendre notre séjour vraiment agréable en nous permettant, de plus, de nous affranchir de la voiture. Hoomy devrait étendre son champ d'action à l'étranger, le principe est confortable et sécurisant pour le vacancier, à condition toutefois de s'entourer de concierges telles que Paula, attentionnée, agréable, aux petits soins et efficace lors de problÚmes électriques promptement résolus. Merci Paula. Manque un rideau pour isoler les wc du reste de la salle d'eau

Endroit trÚs calme en cette saison. A deux pas de la mer. Maison bien centrée pour nos diverses activités. Sympathique terrasse. A recommander sans hesitation.

Elle prestation avec cette villa . Un seul bĂ©mol concernant le canapĂ© qui n’est pas digne de cette villa . En septembre vu le nombre de restaurants et bars fermĂ©s, il ne nous restait que la tĂ©lĂ© pour notre soirĂ©e , mais impossible de rester Ă  deux sur celui-ci plus d’un quart d’heure vu l’inconfort rencontrĂ©. Sinon villa bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien situĂ©e - 100 mĂštres de la piste cyclable « velodysee » , 5 mn de la plage du mĂ»rier Ă  pied et 15 mn des commerces . MalgrĂ© la gĂȘne du canapĂ© , nous recommandons cette villa.

Localisation superbe ! Entre la plage et le centre ville, cette petite maison est lĂ  oĂč il faut. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et les lits sont confortables. La tĂ©lĂ© est aussi un grand plus ! Dans l'ensemble, la maison est parfaite ! Il fait bon, pas trop chaud, pas trop froid. Cependant il faudrait ajouter un rĂ©seau wifi. C'est vraiment la chose qui manquait.
