The interior has been totally renovated in 2018 and offers all modern comforts in a traditional house in the area.
On the garden side, Villa Belle enjoys exceptional views of the Montgó, a swimming pool, garden furniture and parasols and a parking for two.

The property is pet friendly our little 3.5kg Yorkie was safe and loved playing on the terrace!! House was very welcoming, clean and covered all our needs!!

The house is well presented, very clean, linen and towels lovely and good quality. The kitchen is very modern and well quipped! Lovely views from the pool area! Pool fabulous too.

Overall an enjoyable stay

We stayed at Villa Belle for a fortnight and when we arrived we found the accommodation clean and nicely prepared. Whenever we had a question, Augustin promptly replied and helped us. The area is nice and quiet and you need a car to get around the city. Definitely a good place to stay.

Very nice and clean house, well equipped

Dear Sonia and Agustin, we enjoyed our stay in your house a lot - very clean and very well equipped. Many thanks! The wind at Montgo can blow quite heavily which imits the opportunity to enjoy outside barbecue from time to time - well, weather is hard to control. If cushions for the sun loungers/beds could be provided this would just be perfect. A small note to those being dependant on (fast) Internet access - it seems the overall speed can drop to pretty low levels in the area. We surely can recommend Villa Belle for a relaxed vacation!

Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, nous connaissions le coin donc nous savions que nous serions sur les hauteurs, avec une vue vraiment magnifique. Les chemins d’accès à la maison sont vraiment très étroits par contre et en plus à double sens…il faut allumer un cierge avant de s’engager pour croiser personne …la communication avec le propriétaire était vraiment top, la maison très propre et moderne si je pouvais faire une seule petite suggestion, ça serait de prévoir un étendoir à linge solidement encré à l’extérieur car les jours de vents, les petits étendoirs mobiles ne tiennent pas debout. Nous avons passé un super moment, encore merci.

Merci beaucoup pour votre évaluation. Nous sommes très attentifs à votre remarque et nous allons trouver une solution pratique et esthétique sur la question de l’étendoir. Concernant les accès, malheureusement la route appartient à la commune et vous imaginez bien comme il serait difficile d’obtenir un éclairage publique. Toutefois, une solution de détecteurs et d’éclairage à partir de notre maison est envisageable. Par contre, le fait que le chemin soit étroit me paraît plutôt être un avantage puisqu’il oblige les quelques artisans et piscinistes à lever un peu le pieds. Merci encore pour vos remarques.

Een goede keuze voor Denia

Grote, compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. strand en stad. Zwembad is niet groot, maar ligging is goed. Wij hebben hier een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Het enige minpunt is het hondengeblaf. Als u daar niet tegen kunt, boek dan deze woning niet. Ook wij werden soms gek van urenlang geblaf in de omgeving, maar daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niks aan doen. Verder was alles positief.

Die Villa Belle ist ein sehr schönes, renoviertes und sauberes Haus mit einem spektakulären Blick auf den Berg Montgo. Die Ausstattung ist top, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Agustin war perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Domizil sehr genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit auch wieder hier buchen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Ich fahre seit Jahren nach Denia, das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Montgo, was beim Baden im Pool sehr idylisch ist. Zentral ist man schnell beim Supermarkt und bis zur Stadt sind es mit dem Auto auch nur 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Können das Haus ohne Weiteres empfehlen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer überdurchschnittlich schnell, wenn man etwas gefragt hat.

Une villa aussi "belle que son nom

Villa parfaite avec vue superbe face au Montgo, de plein pied au décor moderne et design ravissant. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour. L'accueil et les relations avec le correspondant local et le propriétaire ont été parfaites. Je conseille à tous cette ravissante maison.
