The flat has been entirely refurbished with high quality materials in October 2018.

It has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (160x200), private bathroom and toilets. The living room has an open kitchen with all equipments (dishwasher, washing machine, cooking plate, micro wave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) and a convertible sofa for 2 people + a dining space for 6 guests.

The flat is suitable for kids as we also have an extra foldable baby bed.

This is a fantastic property with very gracious hosts! The location makes it easy to navigate around Paris and the wonderful bistros. It has a great kitchen so you can easily sit at the table and share a meal.

Fun location!

Worth it for the location

The location was great. Near the Louvre and the muse day or say, and everything was walkable. The place itself was good for four adults. The Wi-Fi was spotty, The rooms were kind of small, but the bed was really comfortable.

Fantastic, safe and charming.

The property was very quaint and the three floors offered some great privacy from the others staying there. The covered passage offered a unique experience in Paris. I'd stay here again with my family of four.

Great location

The bedrooms are small and there are a lot of steps. But we enjoyed our stay in this eccentric apartment. It is quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect between Opera and the Louvre. Lots of popular Asian eating places nearby.

Overall it was good for us as a 6 person group. However, I would like to point out the stairs to all 3 levels in the flat were extremely steep and uneven. For anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend. They were very difficult to navigate and could only get up by crawling.

The place was smaller than we expected but had all the charm. It is a great location for visiting the tourist spots, and the passage itself had some unique shops and eateries. Amazing Location

The location is amazing! Short walk to multiple Metro lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. With the Passage closed to the public at night, it also makes for a very quiet stay! As others have mentioned, the stairs are definitely steep, but fine for our family with teens.

Great stay in a great location

I enjoyed my stay. Great location and adorable place. One thing to note, the upstairs shower is a bit tight when you have the water on due to the handle needing to come out when the water is on and also there is no light over the sink in that bathroom. Really only something that would be harder for a woman. Other than that, fantastic stay. Would stay here again.

France vacation with Family

We had a lovely stay in our Parisian flat. Florian was a wonderful host and very helpful. It was so close to the metro and a lot of the popular spots in Paris. We loved the Passage Choiseul in which our flat was located. The restaurants and shops were wonderful! We would definitely recommend if you don’t mind walking up steps. Very Parisian.

Off the beaten track location with great security which made us feel very safe.Only issue is that there are a lot of very tight steps, which people should be made aware of. Somewhat difficult to get suitcases up and down those steps, as well.Overall, very small… Could use a little more comfy seating if possible instead of just the kitchen chairs and the small loveseat. No TV. Host was very responsive to questions, which was appreciated. Easy to walk to wherever we needed to go.

Central Apartment with Easy Access to Attractions

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was smaller than we anticipated based on the website, and the only drawback was that the shower in one of the rooms was a bit too small.This apartment is a good choice if your travel plans don't include preparing meals, as the space may feel limited for that purpose. While it can technically accommodate up to six people, I would recommend it for two couples for optimal comfort.The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, making the overall experience hassle-free.I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, easy check in and access to metro stations. Amenities need work however, limited amount of toilet paper provided, and bathroom towels were not great quality. No face cloths provided, and there was nowhere to hang up towels after use.

Family short stay in Paris

Great location with easy walking access to all major transport and many of the tourist sites. Narrow winding stairs ok with our kids (aged over 6) but would be hard with young children. Also bedrooms split over level one and three so again might be an issue for some. Worked very well for us and had a great stay. Thank you
