A gem of a patio home in West Sedona’s highly sought after, upscale Nepenthe Community that includes hot tub and pool! This newly refurbished, tastefully furnished, 3BR/2BA pied-a-terre boasts a lovely back yard with views of famous Coffee Pot Rock and a charming red rock creek that flows behind property affords extra privacy.
Located only three blocks from 89A (the main thoroughfare) it is easy walking distance to some of Sedona’s best restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Other things to note
Property can sleep up to eight (6) guests but be aware that living space is approximately 1200 square feet. Your party needs to be a very friendly crowd! However beds are all the same high quality and very comfortable.

Beautiful and clean!

We loved our stay here! The hot tub came heated up and ready when we arrived. There was ample amount of towels and supplies for us to use. The fireplace was a beautiful and handy addition since it was cold af when we stayed. We’re so grateful the place was super clean and we appreciated the garage for parking! 100% would recommend and would go back! Thank you!!

Location & so close to everything quick drive. Layout is great. Everything just as the video. Master shower is awesome. Hot tub jets are terrific, great size. Fireplace pretty & easy to utilize. Beds comfortable. Has everything you need. Park your car in the large garage & enter the house. We made great memories here! Good vibes. Peace & energy

No issues. All good. Very smooth. The ceiling fan goes click-click-click in the master bedroom. Would be nice if it didn't make that noise all night. I'm sure no one noticed before. No worries.
