About this property

Luxury View Lodge on Signature 8th Hole by the tributary

Luxury Rustic Mountain View Lodge overlooking the Signature 8th green of Tributary Golf Course (Formerly Huntsman Springs), with spectacular Teton Mountain, golf and water views.
The Lodge sits on a prime site within Tributary, a luxury development within Driggs, Idaho, only 35 miles from Jackson, WY. The Lodge reimagines Rocky Mountain style with rustic design replete with modern and luxurious amenities to satisfy the most discerning taste.

Upon entering the Lodge, a moose antler chandelier hangs over the expansive entryway, which leads to a soaring great room framed in timber truss beams and massive Alder encased windows, accented by a large Montana Moss stone fireplace and custom reclaimed woodwork. A wall of glass opens onto the nearly seamless rock patio with its large stone gas fire pit, wood Adirondack chairs and stone enclosed saltwater hot tub, all of which overlook the Teton Mountains, David McLay-Kidd designed golf course and natural spring water ponds teaming with trout and birds.

The Lodge is fitted with reclaimed white oak floors and touches of custom reclaimed woodwork throughout. The rusticity is balanced by modern amenities, including a Sonos sound system and speakers throughout the entire Lodge and its patio. The gourmet kitchen was designed for those who love to cook. It includes a large Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator, Subzero wine fridge, antique copper chef faucet and large copper trough sink. A large Italian Calacatta marble island allows for kitchen prep and entertaining. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end kitchen tools. A Weber gas grill allows for outdoor cooking. Within the great room, a large built-in dining table, bench and chairs welcome formal affairs while also inviting an intimate breakfast nook with mountain, golf and pond views.

On either side of the great room you will find two master suites, each with reclaimed hand hewn beams, breathtaking views with glass door access to the expansive terrace, king size beds and televisions. The ensuite bathrooms boast double marble vanities, honed marble showers, high end faucets, heated tile floors, and in the main master, a large soaker tub topped with a slab of Calacatta marble with mountain and pond views.

The third bedroom, designed as a third master suite, includes an impressive vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beam and large windows with beautiful water and mountain views. A king size bed, desk and television complete the room. The ensuite bath includes a herringbone marble shower, marble vanity, fully reclaimed white oak floors and reclaimed barn wood ceiling.

The second floor adds a versatile fourth bedroom/media room with 2 pullout queen size beds and a large built in bench. An exposed beam caps the elegant media room with built-in bookcase/media console including a 65-inch TV, DVD player and Sonos sound. The ensuite bathroom includes a marble shower, marble double vanity, and a wood framed mirror with heated tile flooring.

The Lodge also includes a two-car garage and functional laundry/mud room connection to the great room.

The luxury found inside this home can only be rivaled by the activities that lie outside. From world-class golf, skiing, fishing and mountain biking to easy access to both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Whether golfing, snowshoeing, fly fishing or horseback riding, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, or just relaxing around the fire pit, this Lodge allows you to choose your own adventure.

Unfortunately, renters are not allowed access to the Tributary Club facilities (golf, workout facility, pool, etc.) - new club policy.

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Driggs. The house was well equipped and clean. We had one small problem with the grill not lighting and the property manager was very prompt in coming to repair. Would recommend.

Calm + Cozy
Wow did we love Driggs, Idaho and we loved your house just as much. From the minute we walked in we felt a sense of calm and beauty. It had everything a guest could want or need - an amazing outdoor hot tub, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchens and so much snow. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will be back!

80th Birthday Celebration
Beautiful property! Loved the views, fire pit, hot tub and perfect weather. We cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. Went to Jackson, Yellowstone and did some fly fishing on the Snake River. Thanks again for having us!

OUTSTANDING. You won't be disappointed
The house is beautifully maintained, has incredible views, and every amenity imaginable. We are a group of four senior couples who have traveled from all parts of the US to get together at different locations. Of the 10-12 places throughout the US we have met, this home definitely tops the list. Prior to our arrival we reached out to the owner with several questions. He responded immediately to each inquiry. We received check in instructions prior to our arrival. Check in was easy and without a hitch. Although the home is approximately 45-60 minutes from the Grand Tetons National Park and Teton Village, it is a beautiful drive. However, restaurants, grocery store, and museums are conveniently located only 5-10 minutes away. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were not disappointed in any way. We would recommend this home to any of our friends.
