About this property

Located in a secluded neighborhood with rustic charm, The Chapparal Lodge is just five miles south of Hochatown off Highway 259 and Sweet Home Road. In this 1,600 square foot modern cabin, you’ll find the perfect setup for a family or a group of friends and are close enough to enjoy the state park, wineries and other Broken Bow restaurants and nightlife, while also being far enough in the Kiamichi wilderness to experience nature at its best.

On the first floor, a private master bedroom with a king-sized bed welcomes you. The en suite master bath features dual vanities, a spacious, walk-in shower, jetted tub and a washer/dryer. Upstairs, you'll find an open loft layout with a queen bed, a private full bathroom and a hideout for the little ones. A pull-out sofa bed is also available for two extra guests on the first floor. Outside, you'll find a firepit with chairs and a covered, wrap around patio with an outdoor dining table, a charcoal grill and a hot tub.

This cabin is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Smart TVs are located throughout for easy streaming.

Located in the Sweet Home Luxury Lodge edition, you are right between Broken Bow and Hochatown in the woods, but close enough to everything fun.

HOT TUB
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc. in the hot tub.

Need Better Pest Control

We had earwigs on our bed and on the floor. There were spider webs all around the property and inside the property as well. Multiple cigarette butts outside and inside the home. Floor was also not clean. Outside the property the table and chairs were dirty. Overall was a good experience but these few things can be taken care of better!
