The Space:
Cabin Fevers #2, the second unit of a charming two-floor duplex, offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private sauna, and two shared back decks with stunning views of the surrounding forest. You'll enter through a private entrance leading to an entryway with space to store your gear. Moving further inside, you'll find the open-concept dining room, living room, and kitchen area, along with a conveniently located full bathroom. The dining room features a table that seats six, perfect for meals or games, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, full drip coffee setup and more. The living room offers a large sectional couch, a cozy electric fireplace, a smart TV, and access to the spacious shared back deck through large sliding glass doors where you will find the grill. From the entryway, stairs lead to the lower floor, where you'll find all the bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the private sauna. Each bedroom offers cozy bedding and racks for clothing storage, with two bedrooms providing access to the shared lower back deck through sliding doors. The back yard provides space for outdoor games as well as a firepit to relax in front of after a long day exploring.

Guest Access:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles or 2 large ones. The hot tub on the back deck is not functional and not included with the rental.

The Neighborhood:
Cabin Fevers #2 is located in the Powderhorn Village at the base of the Big Powderhorn Mountain. It is easy to go between the lifts and the home, or to go into town or on an outdoor adventure!

Cabin Fevers #2 is a part of the Superior Getaways family and each reservation comes with a damage protection plan that covers any and all damage that may occur during your stay. Enjoy peace of mind on your vacation, without emptying your pockets for security deposits! We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all dogs must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. This home does not have central air, however, there are mini-split cooling units in the home that work great for cooling on hot days.
